Scott's business "Mr Dent" is the best!!!! My mom's brand new Challenger got a huge dent on her right fender exactly at the stripe when she was at the grocery store. My mom was beyond furious, worried that her car would have to get repainted with a new side stripe. When talking directly to Scott he made arrangements with my mom in Castro Valley to repair her car. She was extremely satisfied with the dent removal, since it was located on the stripe, he had to use a different procedure. You cannot even tell that there was a dent! I happened to see Scott's work car at the Livermore community center and I snapped a picture of it for reference, I emailed him a week later with pics of my damaged hood and he was able to provide a rough estimate then stopped by the next day to get a good look and firmed up the price. We scheduled an appt a few days later and he was prompt, polite and quick. The repair looks amazing and this was a tough one, I've never used this type of service before so I had my doubts. Scott came out yesterday to work on a dent I had in my new Mercedes. I thought it was a small dent but by Scott's assessment it was a big, deep dent. He was unable to use his preferred method of going under the metal and pulling the dent out from the inside. Rather, he used his other talents and worked on this dent for 1 1/2 hours. Great Gentlement , and removed the side dent of my Odyssey. Very honest and did a great job.

I put pictures out to bid to three service providers, two of whom came back and told me it would require body shop repair. Mr. Dent accepted and these "injuries" to my car have vanished. Beyond that, it was done for a very reasonable price. We have another older car that has some dings to it, and based on the work on my 2016 Audi A5, I will absolutely have him come back and spruce up the older car my son is now driving. Scott is excellent. I had a small outward dent on my hood that I figured would be difficult to fix. Scott's quote was half the price of other dent guys I've gone to in the past. He came to the house and even called beforehand letting me know he was going to be a few minutes late because another customer had to run to the bank at the last minute. He was really polite and professional about everything and he fixed the dent perfectly in about half an hour while I watched. I had Scott remove about 10 little door dings above my rear tire on a 2004 Mini. It took him about 40 minutes and I watched him artfully use all his little gadget tools to remove them- I tried to really see a flaw but it was a perfect job to the naked eye- very skillfully done. He had a more difficult time removing a ding on the driver side door- about 85% removed. I'm sure if I had paid him more, he would've removed the door and made it perfect.; he did the job from inside the window. For $180.00 and an hour of labor, I was a satisfied customer.
