There is literally nothing they cannot do - and guarantee their work. They were able to take on some very complex issues in my rentals (specialized tiling, complex plumbing issues and electrical as well). I also contract out to them regular maintenance for my properties in Florida as I cannot always be there and are quick to respond and be on-site. They save me tons of headaches and money and even have saved me on property insurance in Florida which is HUGE! I only wish they provided services for my other properties in the DC/MD/VA area as I would contract them there as well.
