They were so responsive and communicated every step. It always cracks me up to see people like one of the reviewers complain about "fees and pricing". You get what you pay for and their work absolutely blew our minds. So meticulous and creative we can't even fathom ever calling anyone else. Especially after we compared bids and saw that every other company forgot to include items we clearly discussed but Rick captured everything.

They, along with their crew Ryan, Andrew and Robert, always showed up on time, were respectful and pleasant with us and each other! I could tell they genuinely all liked each other. As you can see from the before and after photos, it looks like a totally new house! We have three dogs who loved rolling in the dirt and weeds and then loved coming inside, which I'm happy I will no longer have to deal with. The work they did was made more challenging by stairs at our home and the narrow street we live on Quality Hill. We couldn't be happier! It's also great to know they do regular upkeep if/when needed.

Note: estimates were very vague. The "office" needs a reality check. I thoroughly believe in supporting local businesses however, when one shows estimates that are.... Extremely expensive and questionable.... That's an issue. Example. Estimate to replace two ceiling fans. Replacement ONLY! I was given $750! Yes people that was the quote. I called two handymen "$50 per or $100 per; box stores between $150-200 per!" Do your due diligence and call around! Word of mouth is best. I sent back feedback to provide them insight to their outrageous pricing. Also of note. Who puts a "lien" statement in an estimate vs a warranty statement? Just found that curious as all get up.

I had quite a number of jobs that I needed done. One was fairly simple: finish the flagstone…read morewalkway I'd already started. I had the pathway grated, I had all the flagstones (minus one more big one I asked them to supply). All they had to do was lay down some quarter minus dirt for leveling and put all the flagstones in place. To give you perspective, it only took me one day to finish it, and I'm 60 years old. Grasshopper quoted me over $5,000 for the job!!!! And, I had to pay that little fucker $60 to come out here and insult my intelligence like that. I didn't even bother to look at the rest of the estimate (cuz the other jobs were much bigger than that one). As soon as I saw the quote for the flagstone walkway, I ripped the estimate up and came here to leave a review. I well neither recommend nor use Grasshopper Landscaping -- even if it's the last landscaping company in Sierra Vista. I was so offended by their estimate, I actually wanted my $60 back. But, of course, they're not even honorable enough to do that. Fuck this company.
