The fence itself is great, and the crews who installed it did excellent work. However, I found…read moredealing with the project manager to be extremely difficult and frustrating. Lots of back and forth about marking the water lines that run under the fence line between the meter and the house. I didn't want the project to start until those lines were marked and Rudy didn't care. Rudy told me installation could begin because he had clearance from the Tucson Water Department. But it turns out that the city only clears the line running to the meter, not the lines from the meter to the house. I found out, after calling 811 (Before You Dig), that the lines to the house are considered private and that I needed to hire a private contractor to locate the lines, which I did. Despite the lines having been marked, the crew broke one the first day on the job. Rudy told me it was an irrigation line (happens all the time according to him). After several unsuccessful attempts to fix the "irrigation line", a plumber was called hours later to fix the broken water line. All in all an extremely unpleasant experience with a happy ending -- a very nice fence.

However, after waiting 3 weeks, I then decided to visit them again to inquire about my quote. They said the boss was on vacation and he hadn't gotten to it yet. So I requested my drawings back and went elsewhere. If they weren't going to provide me a timely quote, they should have called me as my phone number was clearly indicated on my drawings.
