When I called a couple of days later, their mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. They said they'd be there Sunday and I waited and didn't hear from them. Finally I called and they were going to come this Monday morning. When they got here they didn't let me know they were here. Then I got a text saying everything was fixed. It wasn't. There was a huge pipe leak which they eventually found and fixed. Here's the kicker. They now have a basic service call fee if $325. It's just my opinion but I don't think that will fly in Cochise County. I have water again and am grateful but I have a serious case of sticker shock.

When my pump wouldn't come on they identified that the issue was the control box and had everything on hand to fix it in 30 minutes. They also fixed a leaking pipe that they didn't know about beforehand. I had another company come out the week prior for the leaking pipe and didn't have anything with him to fix it so said he would be back but never came back. Foster saved me a ton of money because there are a couple of other companies out here that I guarantee would have told me my pump was bad and cost me thousands more.
