Both time after finished they said car is too big it will be 75. So I just gave them 80. Normally I would be mad when you tell me one pride and charge me another but they did a good job so I just considered it tip. Now the last time my dad helped me took the car there they charged him 85 before tip and it came back with many area needing attention. 3rd row didn't seem like it got vacuumed. Center console didn't get any attention. The wheels were still dirty. And another negative is they removed my 3M floor mat that was installed firmly in the rail so it should not have been taken out. But they took it out and did not put it back for me and just lay it there. I had to spent another 20 minutes at home installing it back. For 85 it was a poor job. We were expecting 70-120 mins wait but it was a little over 3 hours. This last visit made me sad about the quality they provide for the price. I might as well run it through the machine snd vacuum it myself.

The only thing that they are missing would be the towels or a way to dry off the water on the car. At least as far as I can tell. I did bring my own towels, so that was not an issue for me. I also brought my own wax, but they do offer spray on wax. I paid exactly 5 dollars and I started my wash at about 1:33 PM. I'm driving away now at 2:10 PM with a fully washed car and a fully waxed car. I did not use the vacuum since I didn't need it. For five dollars, I got pretty much the same wash that I would get at a $35 car wash that does it automatically for me. So, I suppose that it is definitely worth the value if you have the physical ability to wash your car quickly and efficiently. , If I had needed to put another five dollars then I feel like at $10 you could probably go to the automatic car washes and get a slightly better deal in that you don't have to put in any physical labor. It all depends on how valuable you feel that your time and energy are. If you feel that your time and energy are very valuable, then maybe go to one of those other car washes that does it automatically and you don't have to do anything except drive-through. On the other hand, if you like me and you can do physical labor, go for this one it's really simple to simple nozzles one nozzle for the foam brush to scrub I went over the car twice roughly and then a one that has a spray nozzle to spray the water and the wax from the same house. Bring a towel and dry it down at the end. I would highly recommend in electric battery powered blower to help you dry off the car, otherwise your arms gonna get sore. I did an incident report online. I was told to go to the facility to make an incident report and I did spoke to Teresa. Teresa told me that I was wrong and there was no way my car would've gone backwards unless I hit the reverse night. I saw the video my reverse lights are not on the lights that she saw where the lights from the facility those LED lights I had my phone in my hand and my feet took under me at the time. Her coworker told Teresa that I said that I put the car in reverse that is not what he said to me when it happened. He said the rollers malfunctioned and the car just started rolling backwards because it is a slight hump to get out so yeah the car is gonna roll backwards if it's in neutral while filing my report, Teresa showed me the video as I stated earlier once I finished the report she had already said it I'm gonna deny everything but she at first told me she will give me a copy of the video to show that I was wrong. I was not wrong and because she was argumentative and I finish filling out the report she said I can't give you a copy of it now he'll have to call you back in a few days and talk to you about it so I asked who is him and he who is going to call me back someone last name Hernandez well, we'll see if Mr. Hernandez calls me back because my car is smart enough to know if I put on the reverse they don't wanna admit damage of course, but it is their fault. she kept telling me I'm not gonna argue with you.
