I've previously hired biweekly cleaners at $60 per cleaning, so those numbers were exorbitantly high. Best came back at $179. I think the person they sent did a good job, but it wasn't a deep clean. I wouldn't use them again at that rate but at a lower rate for a biweekly cleaning, I would consider it. good things - the lady did wipe down all our books on our book shelves, and did a great job on floors. not so great - they did not do all our windows, which was one of the things I prioritized. also they missed a number of items that we pointed out at the end (a few dusty spots, a mirror and a tray on our ottoman) but they did not go back to do them. My house was cleaner than it was when they arrived but there wasn't a spectacular attention to detail.

On moving day, they canceled at the exact hour they were supposed to arrive. No backup, no solution, just a list of random companies. When I told them I couldn't find anyone and asked for their help to call around, they stopped responding to my texts. As a single mom who carefully planned this move, I was left completely stranded with no help and no response. Things happen, but professional companies don't abandon their customers. These guys did.

He cleaned out our dryer vent in less than an hour. It was full of wet lint and a birds nest!!! Did a great job for a fair price. The service went so well I asked about other services and plan to use for our gutters as well.

I was, quite honestly, overwhelmed with the amount of things to move since I had avoided sorting through the majority of my Mom's things since her death. I cannot recommend this moving company enough. Brad and his crew made moving day go super smooth, he was extremely responsive to all of my texts in the days leadings up to our move, and on the day before our move (which happened to be my birthday) told me to stop stressing and go enjoy my day! I took him up on that and walked away from our chaotic house for the day and when they arrived the next morning, all went off without a hiccup. 10/10 recommend. They may not have been the cheapest option, but they were by the best option for us. So professional, not a single issue with damage etc., worked quickly and efficiently. Brad had came to our house a week or so prior to our move to give us quote and when we settled up at the end of our move, our total was significantly less the quote. How often does that happen? Again, highly recommend this moving company. They were above phenomenal!
