I was nervous about moving the items ourselves so hired comfort moving. The person who helped me scheduled the appointment was very helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole process, and made sure I knew what specials were available and asked questions about what type of items we had so they could make sure we had enough help and protective tools to keep my furniture safe. They gave me a solid estimate of what the pricing would be and helped me schedule my move for right after my closing appointment on our new home. Our actual movers Trevor and Keyon were communicative the day of of what time they would be there, called and texted me ahead of time, and walked through my home with me asking what needed to be moved and what I needed. After signing paperwork and explaining to me what would happen they took a lot of care in wrapping all my furniture and loading it up, and even offered to help move items out of my car and into their work truck when my car broke down. When we arrived at our new home they walked upstairs and looked at the floor plan so that they could plan out how to get everything up. Our couch was too big to get through the foyer and up the stairs, so they had to hoist it up through our balcony doors to get it in. After moving all of my furniture and disassembling and reassembling, it there isn't a scratch on anything. Keyon and Trevor probably worked for 5 hours straight and were polite and courteous the whole time. If I had to schedule a move again I would definitely use comfort again :)

It was late afternoon by the time I called Aaron. Even though it was after business hours and I'm sure he was exhausted from other jobs that day, he rounded up a crew and came over. They emptied my apartment and storage unit and did a great job loading my trailer despite the disorganized state of our storage unit. They were cheerful, honest and worked hard. Greg reached out 24 hours prior to our agreed time that he needed to push back our time about an hour. All fine with me. They showed up 10 minutes before I did. I had to unload half my stuff into my apartment and then the other half into a storage facility 5 min down the road. We unloaded stuff into my apartment and they did everything in a timely manner and then followed me over to storage and helped me unload the rest. Not to mention it was 10 degrees outside. They give me a bid that was really too low for the job. The three guys showed up and hauled that beast up the steps and dropped it off at my son's apartment.
