They need to up their game now that there is some really good competition just about 8 miles further up the road. Chucks is pretty good for where it's at, but if you want to be good, be good, and work at it. Now they are just open from Thursday through Sunday. But if you were Really good, you could have it packed every day of the week and open for lunch and stay busy until you sell out in the late afternoon!! The people here at the Silsbee location are friendly enough and seem to care about their jobs which is something you don't see a while lot of now days. I ordered the regular tacos which I haven't had in quite awhile. They haven't changed much other than costing a little more, but what don't in the last two years. The young lady that was the cook asked if I would pull around and park on the other side which I didn't mind, but didn't know why as there were no other cars in the line. After a few minutes she brought my order out and explained that she wanted to cut up some fresh lettuce to go on my tacos!! I think that was very caring of her and showed she had the initiative to take care of her job! I can go with that!!!
