I asked for the total price, they gave it to me. I asked when it could be picked up, they told me tomorrow. This is how dry cleaners should work, guys. I literally turned around and grabbed my stuff from a different cleaner near my house that supposedly had stellar ratings on Google because they couldn't give me a date or price and drove almost an hour to and from this cleaner so that I had peace of mind.

It's always tidy, clean, friendly environment and if you don't know how to do a part of your clothes just ask. I've asked several times and they have either known what i should do or they have found out. This cozy laundry mat is much more personal than any other I've ever been to.
