I walked in without a line, dropped off my suit and 2 shirts for dry cleaning, gave them my name (which they had on file for an order I did before) and walked out within a couple minutes. I literally turned around and grabbed my stuff from a different cleaner near my house that supposedly had stellar ratings on Google because they couldn't give me a date or price and drove almost an hour to and from this cleaner so that I had peace of mind.
