I went to take a coat on Tuesday, they told me it would be ready by the next day after 5 so I came in on Wednesday and they said that because I paid online it wouldn't be ready (they texted in the morning asking for the payment first) that it would be ready by the next day (Thursday) so I'm here and they said again they just left it there. So I asked for my coat back and money and they gave me the coat, wait to call the manager the next day to get my refund. read more

Custom Cleaners has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I actually stopped going to them but start back because they are convenient and in Baytown where I live. Their prices have always been too high, the cleaning is not that great (I actually always get press only) and their customer service is horrible. the ladies that work there act like you're doing them a favor or as if they are paying for your dry cleaning services. Today before I dropped off my 55 pieces of clothes I brought in hangers that they gave me previously. I have done this before. I'm thinking that they could recycle them or knew how to recycle them. The attendant rudely said we don't want your hangers. I said - really they are your hangers. She said the paper is all torn and falling off. I said are you going to take my order for my clothes or not - Shutting that part of the conversation down. She said I am not taking these hangers. I saidWell I'm not taking YOUR hangers. And I repeated myself are you ready to take my order. She said something smart under her breath I didn't hear her... I did however Remind her that if it was not for my service and other peoples service still paying these high prices at custom Cleaners she would not have a job. So instead of just taking the hangers and throwing them out she lost my business for good and she lost a customer for custom Cleaners! I tell the full story because this is just an example of what kind of customer service I get when I go to custom Cleaners. I've literally had to wait for someone To sort through some clothes instead of taking my order - holding her finger up at me gesturing for me to wait. The manager will read this and not respond because the employees are just following his example! I've complained but he's horrible too! There are options of dry cleaning and I am going to go back to where I was going before I thought I would try them one more time. I I would employ that everyone reconsiders using custom Cleaners just for that reason until they know how to treat their customers. read more

This place is pricey as hell!!! The only reason I visited is because the usual high-quality dry cleaner that I sometimes use for fancy clothing (Brinkley) is now closed!!! I am absolutely devastated as I went to private school with the family and there was a great customer service aspect that went along with knowing them. There service was wonderful! But on to this place: the clerk was rude and even made me feel as if she could not accept my clothing because "I was not in their system," she was busy on her Bluetooth and I didn't know whether or not she was talking to me, and really didn't want to tell me what my total was going to be when I would pick my items. The price is the very particular reason that I don't use this place. For 2 jackets, I will need to be prepared to pay over $10 when I pick them up. At my daily dry cleaner, I could get 5 items dry cleaned for the same price. I just don't see any fantastic job that I see from this place. I also don't like the games that this place plays with parking!!! read more

Terrible management! Hours of operation displayed on window are false! The hours of operation on recording when you call are false! The advertisement of same day service is false! Update your business and services offered. I sat in the parking lot waiting for the business to open based on the recording it opens at 8am. Apparently it opens at 9:00. I returned to Custom Cleaners on Garth rd about a year ago. I have business workplace shirts that need to be ironed and starched and look crisp and sharp. I asked today 10/12/22 who did the pressing of my shirts because they look excellen. I said I'm really pleased. Mary does that and she's very meticulou. thank you Mary of great work. Bob read more

I am so pleased with my experience using Custom Cleaners. I brought in a vintage silk dress that had lipstick on it. I was afraid to tackle the cleaning by myself, so I gave them a try. Don't walk run far far away from these people!!!!!!If I could leave negative Stars I would!!! Rude little girl working the counter... they have had my son's jacket for weeks... all she had to say was "Well the lady comes to pick up alterations whenever she wants to"... seriously, that was her response. They could care less. If they would have told me upfront that the alterations lady comes whenever she feels like it I would have never left my jacket there... her reply to that statement was "you'll just have to call the manager in the morning".... again could give a crap less. read more

They decided my clothes needed to be dry cleaned rather than laundered (due to the type of fabric - Academy brand pullovers and Dillard's chinos)...even though my regular cleaners have been laundering them for over a year (some over two years). I've lived in Baytown my whole life and this type of business ethic is the exact reason I leave town to do business. Lesson learned...again. Drive 20-30 minutes...save money and get better quality. I highly recommend the cleaners at Wilson Rd. and beltway 8. Worth the drive. read more

Very great quality... Prety well on stains. They Follow directions. But there are some garments i do not take their because they ask you to sign a waiver on items with lether like materials .... And I dontnlike the idea that they wouldnt want to be held responsible for their work of laundry. read more

I'm hopeful the pick up experience is more efficient than the drop off process. Took a dress to be shortened and hemmed and the guy "helping me" was all thumbs. Spent 15 minutes I didn't have to spare. Ridiculously bad service and the cost was sky high. I'm new to Baytown and consider this a lesson learned. read more

I travel all over the country and as far as price and quality this place does it all! They are always fast with the turnaround and most importantly I have never lost anything there or had any of my clothes ruined. read more
