My first visit to this Boutique was great!! However, a simple return has completely changed my view. I went in to return a purchase I made using a gift certificate and cash. I had previsouly asked what the return policy was. She explained it, failing to mention that reimbursements would be store credit only. She attempted to refund me just the cash portion as store credit. Alissa stated I would not be refunded my gift certificate because she was treating it as a discount rather than a form of payment. We both argued, as the gift cerificate held monetary value and what she was doing was theft. However, her attitude and lack of professionalism as the owner is the reason I write this. She was essentially trying to steal my money (gift certificate) all while telling me to calm down. Needless to say, I will not be returning. After my review was posted to the page by a third party, the owner commented having to "set the record straight." However, her version of what happened contains no truth. Think about it, she blocked me before I was able to leave a review. Then when my review does get posted, she comments on it with false information. Seems like someone has a guilty conscience. I would like to reiterate... there was nothing wrong with my first visit. My issue with this business came AFTER the owner refused to reimburse me my gift certificates.

Overall I am disappointed in the service I received. I had Glen's put new tires on my CBR600RR, as…read morewell as install a new cam chain tensioner. I supplied the parts myself. While they did install both items, after doing so they did not call me. I called to see if they were finished and they already had, but did not contact me. When I picked up my bike the tip of my key was bent, to the extent that it did not fit into my cylinder correctly. I did not notice this until I got home as my key was already in the cylinder when I got it. Upon further inspection when I got home, my chain was far too tight, and had only approximately half an inch of slack at the loosest point. In the area where they installed my cam chain tensioner, there were many scratches around the area, presumably from them removing the old one (it is a tight area to work in). In conclusion I wish I had a more pleasurable experience, but I will likely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I start the car and attempt to shift my Ford Fusion into gear. And...the electronic shift malfunctioned and wouldn't shift out of Park. Sh*t ! In desperation, I called Drenkow Motors a mile down the road hoping and praying someone was still there...Mike answered and gave me guidance remotely as to what to try to resolve the issue. When that didn't work, he volunteered to drive over to the Plaza and see what he could do. After trying several different things, he called a towing company he knew and offered to let me use the company car he had used to get to me until his technicians could diagnose the problem on Monday. I was shocked with this outstanding display of customer service ! On top of this, expecting that they would need to replace the entire shift mechanism for $500 or more, they found that they only needed a small part to fix it. Impressed with their honesty, I had them do several maintenance items that I was planning to do later, probably somewhere else. The support of Todd and David in their repair shop was professional and very supportive in checking everything and only doing the items that needed attention. I returned their loaner and picked up my car today. The work was excellently done and the pricing very reasonable. Drenkow is now my go-to auto repair shop as their version of customer service and competent technical repair blows the competition away !
