No store should sell unsealed cosmetics, hair or body care. Anything could have been added not to mention the bacteria. They have a variety of items from books to vintage records to occasionally high end clothing brands. There are commonly vintage items there. They have a program where for every $5 you spend you get a stamp on their card until it's full and then you get $5 off your next purchase.
