We lucked out when we found Rosenboom! They took a look immediately, and called around to find the part we'd need. While we waited, they made us feel at home in their waiting room... two very tired adults, two large dogs, and two cats! They even gave our dogs treats (and asked permission first!). They had us up & running in less than 3 hours, and we were able to make it to our destination before dark! He gave us an estimated "done in the morning". We called them back after we didn't hear from them at 11:30. The new estimated finishing time was 2:30. We were told they needed to get the tires. So they lied to us the first time we called them! There are other repair shops in town. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere. Especially since our price tag of & $1100 (4 tires due to AWD need to change them all) didn't make them anymore eager to help us out.
