Supposedly, they ran diagnostics and involved GM TAC but since they couldn't find the issue, they chalked it up to a "normal characteristic of my 2024 Escalade. Our concern was not taken seriously, and they kept referring to it as a noise when we repeatedly told them it was a vibration we were feeling not hearing. It genuinely feels like the moment they couldn't find the cause, they stopped trying and fed us with contradictory statements. For a luxury brand dealership, this level of service, transparency and accountability is far below expectations. STEER CLEAR!

Yet they lie and told me they took a stethoscope to it. If they took a stethoscope to it then they should get a new head mechanic cause he doesnt know what a fuel tank or differential looks like.
