When I complained and asked for reassurance that they wont ruin anymore of my clothes they canceled my scheduled pick up the morning of my pick up and all my clothes were stolen from the pick location. They also sent the email attached. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NEGLIGENT and CARELESS... Do not trust them with your clothes!! Im seeking legal action.

Secondly I don't care if the shirt was from Walmart, if we take it to get dry cleaned without a hole and then get it back and the arm of the shirt is ripped with a huge hole that's beyond repair I'd expect an apology or an offer to fix it AT THE VERY LEAST. This was not done. In fact they blamed my husband. We have been in this neighborhood for a long time and will make sure to tell all of our neighbors to never go here. The owner is rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. Do not spend your money here.

It looks like all the old coin machines were taken out, to be replaced by fancy ones operated by a touchscreen and can be paid for through the Tide App. This is admittedly my first time using one of the Tide washing machines, but it's pretty straightforward and user friendly. You put in your laundry, choose Colours, Delicates, Whited, Bulky and so on, then you get options like Bleach, Softener, Gentle (no scent), all using the Tide brands of course. $13.75 for one load seemed ridiculously overpriced at first, but to our delight we were able to fit what we estimated to be 4 loads of laundry and sheets, into 2 machines. Lots of space each! Note: Take note that the Tide App requires a minimum deposit of $10. There is ample parking out front, plenty of space inside to wait around or fold clothes, and a couple vending machines to satisfy your appetite. My favorite part is that all the machines are high quality and take credit card. It's so nice to not have to hoard cash for trips here, just swipe and go! There are also plenty of machines, so I've never had a problem with availability. Both the left and right walls are completely filled with dryers, so there are always plenty of empties to choose from. While there isn't a ton of stuff to do in the immediate area, I have been able to pop over to a neighboring Vietnamese restaurant for dinner while waiting. There's also a gas station across the street. Overall, I like coming here and feel like my clothes get well-cleaned every time!

Then he lost some items after he specifically went over what he would do with the items. I picked up the items to return to the homeowner and items were missing the exact same items we discussed. After text back and forth, he said he would pay for the items after 2 bounced checks and dodging phone calls and text messages. I have been trying to work with this business, and he has grossly failed at communication and repayment resulting in legal action. all he had to do was answer the phone and communicate. To this day he still is not communicating empty promises don't solve anything!!
