Every detail was spot on: from the even trim around his face to the neat paws and perfectly shaped tail. He looked like a show dog by the time she was done! What really impressed me was how patient and kind she was with Bleu. He can be a little unsure during grooming, but she took her time, made sure he was comfortable, and treated him with so much care. Throughout the appointment, she even sent me progress pictures, which I really appreciated--it was so reassuring to see him calm and happy during each step. Bleu came home looking and feeling amazing. I'll definitely be booking with her again!

When we arrived it was a dirty old shed with a 'makeshift' cage out of what appeared to be old lockers or something. The man was fine-initially- but the whole situation gave bad vibes. We left the dogs, big mistake. 5-10 minutes later he called us that our puppy was aggressive. While still on the call he was YELLING at our 14 month old Shih tzu. Side note: He weighs 14 lbs. He's around children and the public all day. He comes to work with us... He is not aggressive. We said we would be right back and drove right back. Upon arrival he was cutting our other dog. He was asked to stop but kept cutting. He was asked again to stop but kept ignoring my husband. Since returning home, our dog has not stopped crying and rubbing his behind. He is obviously in pain. From our interactions we believe him to be very rough with the animals. We are now contacting our vet. He was a very dismissive older man with a disgusting 'shop' and no patience for animals. He said he's semi-retired. He should probably go ahead and finish. We weren't looking for a deal, he was actually more than expensive than our regular place. We just wanted someone good with the dogs which was why we left them after initially arriving... Never again.

I found this company through Yelp projects, and I was immediately contacted and was provided information on pricing, availability and to essentially set an appointment . Gabriella was the nice young lady that arrived at my complex on time and sent me a few text keeping updated on her ETA prior to arriving. I gave her a bit of information on how I would like my little pup to look and what I was looking for in terms of style. If you have a Yorkie, you know their hair grows super fast! I did ask for her to cut him down as low as possible, keeping his face on the rounded side, she did exactly just that. During the appointment, she texted me a photo of a little scab that was on mu pups ear, to make me aware that was already there and not caused by her. I appreciate it that she took the time to do that, and I had already known about the scab. The appointmentby took about an hour and 15 minutes and when she was done, she alerted me via text. Payment was very simple, as they do accept Zelle. I was very pleased with the outcome, and judging from the look and the action of my pup, I knew he felt comfortable with Gabriella. Yes, her cuts are by far superior to any other groomer I've used over the years! Her major concern is not me but my dog......! What is best for my dog! She gives me feeding tips, behavior tips and really loves these dogs as if they were her own. My teacup Yorkie was 1.5 pounds when I brought her in at 3 months and left her with Helen. She was terrified at first but I trusted Helen TOTALLY because I'd used her services with my prior angel Lucy. All the dogs she has in her house are friendly and would never hurt another dog....she makes certain of that! Luna my teacup Yorkie was not so scared at the end of a few hours....I picked her up and brought her back. She was playing and socializing with other dogs. The third time I took her back, the second we got out of the car she was pulling me to get inside!!!!) She doesn't want to leave! I can't blame her....there's lots of space for playing inside and a doggie door leading out to a magnificent Zen garden backyard!!!! It's clean and fabulously decorated for every holiday (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween....you name it!). She takes photos of you and your dog in costumes (mostly the dog!) which she so graciously supplies. I leave her there for Daycare and she loves it!!!! And when I go away, I feel secure leaving Luna with Helen for boarding because I know she treats her with love and like her own! She'll send me photos and videos which really make my trip!!! Most people can't believe my now 3 pound Yorkie is so well socialized....she'll go up to any dog when I walk her (PROVIDED I ASK IF THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY) and start giving them kisses! Why, the magic of Helen. It's great when your dog is good with people but to be able to enjoy and socialize with other dogs is sooooo important. Did I mention the beautiful room where the dogs sleep at night filled with fairy princess and plush doggie beds?! I could go on forever! When I see a review stating that Helen has restrictions and that she is arrogant it truly makes me want to SCREAM! Because she asks a lot of questions about the dog?!!! Their veterinary care? Their diet. Because she CARES about the dogs! She is one of the kindest, caring DOG LOVING people I know that is a true professional! I call her the real dog whisperer. Taking the stress out of getting my crew in the car and causing them anxiety in a grooming facility, Cesarino's mobile pet spa is much less nerve racking for them! He does a great job listening to what I want, and gave me some pointers on how to maintain some of the deshedding between grooming appointments! My dogs always look tip-top and smell heavenly when they waltz out of the mobile! We will definitely be using him again!
