My home warranty company was terrible to deal with from the beginning with saying we would hear back on the status in 48 hours and then taking over a week to respond so we could move forward to saying they would ship the equipment out right away so we could have the install done a week later and when we followed up the equipment hadn't been shipped 4 days later. Liz did an amazing job keeping me informed and together we stayed in contact with the warranty company to ensure this got resolved. Jolene has been a huge help as well with scheduling the install as well as the guys that have been out to the house to do the work. All in all these guys know how to get the job done, and by the way if I hadn't used the warranty company Aerotek's price on their equipment was $800 less than the same equipment from another local company.
