My wife and I just purchased a new home. We wanted to add our own twist to it so we decided to start with painting. We hired Angie's list. They sent out the most horrible painters you would ever encounter. Let's just say they did such a bad job we got all our money back and now we are fighting for damages. So I decided that I was going to look for a painter on my own and in the meantime I was going to try and fix it myself. Lol. I had a particular wall that I needed done by the next day. As I tried to continue to paint I was actively searching for a painter. Looking through pictures and reading reviews with paintbrush in one hand and phone in the other I came a picture of a man that was painting a bowling alley. I said to myself this guy must be good. I called Walls Painting and Decorating I spoke with a young lady and let her know my situation. I asked when they could come give me a quote because it was an emergency? The young lady said 4pm that same day. I said ok. Fast forward they arrived and I was still trying to paint this one wall 8 hours later. To make a long story even longer I asked for the emergency quote and timeframe on this one particular wall Eugene said he could do it today and the price was reasonable. He completed that blue wall in 1.5 hours. I couldn't believe it. He then proceeded to give me a quote to paint the whole downstairs. Needless to say I hired him. He was fast clean thorough and efficient. My Wife and I are so happy with his work that we are going to have him paint the outside of our new home as well. People if y'all want a professional painter please give Walls Painting and Decorating a call he is not going to gouge you. Eugene will do exactly what you ask of him. To be continued.

Contacted the owner himself who came to my home who looks at the house and tries to tell me its just dirty and I need a power wash. I showed him photos from other points of views with high def cameras on HD zoom and he still proceeds to tell me its dirt and that I basically am seeing things. Expressed to him how all i needed was a touchup considering we hired them to paint a house that was well over 2400 sqft with a warranty to which he basically said no, and would charge regular price for a power wash and touchup, but hed take good care of me. Complete used car salesman vibe completed at this point. This warranty isnt worth its weight in toilet paper at this point. Hired another paint company to do the touchups who agreed that they could even see where their brushes were weak or where the paint didnt adhere. Once the day came, we had just completed some DIY drywalling and needed a little help finishing the last float and texture before painting. Justin worked to communicate the issue and resolve it, working around our tricky schedule. After a few days had passed, multiple members of Justin's staff needed unexpected time off, and Justin showed up himself to help get the job done. Justin and his team got the job done, paying special attention to make sure we were satisfied, even going above and beyond again to repair a spot where some tricky furniture of ours unexpectedly left some scratches in the floor. After all this, the price was right at the estimate, plus the small charge for our extra floating and texturing ask. Overall I am super satisfied and would happily recommend this business to anyone looking for competitive, efficient, professional painters.
