Daniel Bond stayed engaged and worked extremely hard to find our new home. He is absolutely amazing. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. No matter the issues Daniel took his time to address them and frequently was helping me out with meeting contractors or the cleaning company while I was out of town. Daniel had a number of clients he was working with during the sale but it honestly felt like all his time and energy were spent on my home and I'm sure every one of his clients felt that way as well! I never waited for a response, never had any trouble getting Daniel on the phone or him responding to a text. For my work I have relocated a number of times and worked with many realtors. It can be frustrating as some are simply going through the motions while others take pride in their work. Daniel takes pride in his work. If you are looking for a realtor that will spend the time to get to know you and your family and find out what he can do to make a move easier I highly recommend Daniel Bond for the job.

Best realtor in Tulsa and a great guy all around! David really went above and beyond what most…read morerealtors do! I will tell you exactly why because he deserves the recognition for putting up with me and all the little problems the house I picked came with. He always kept me in the loop through text and is a great negotiator when dealing with the seller. He patiently helped me look for my first home which got drawn out over two months because of a lender he told me not to go with(I should have listened to David). He always listened to what I wanted and was looking for in a first home. Whether it be price, large yard, out in the country or whatever he showed me them all. The one thing that stuck out to me the most about david was after we closed the deal. Tulsa and the surrounding areas had a really bad storm 3 or 4 days prior to me closing on the home. I went to go see my home after singing the papers and noticed a huge tree in the front had been laying on the side in my hard. I called david and asked if the seller could take care of it or anything. He basically said its not really the sellers responsibility now but he will try to talk to them. While i was at work david literally cut down a whole tree that had fallen down and cut it in small enough pieces for the trash guy in broken arrow to take them. I mean I do not know any realtor that goes out of his way after the deal has already been done and everything. That to me truly shows his character and the kind of man he is. Thank you again David Krebs!

I was referred to Tina and Ryan through Tulsa Remote but unlike others it was also direct referral from a Mutual friend/client in addition to all the good things that were mentioned from other T.R. members. I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team. Can't recommend them enough, specially if you're buying from outside of Tulsa.
