They have gone above and beyond our expectations in taking care of everything! The Superintendent, Jared, did an excellent job in making sure our home was move in ready. After moving in, they schedule a date between 2 to 3 months where they do a walk through with you. During this time you may let them know if you have any issues that need to be addressed. I made a long list of the things that needed to be touched up in our new home, and they took care of every single thing! Their phenomenal Warranty Manager, Zach Wiser, had the right people come in to take care of each job. Regarding our entire home outdoor requests to every indoor touch up, I can't even begin to describe all the attention to detail they have taken in making sure we are more than happy with the quality of our home! Our experience at the Design Center was absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I had the most wonderful experience with Simmons homes employees! It all started a few months ago when we were looking into buying a home. We met Angela Drake at the model home of Providence Hills in Bixby. She was very warm and welcoming from the beginning. She went out of her way to show us the entire neighborhood including a walk through of many homes so we can get a better idea of what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing a beautiful lot with an amazing view of a lake which would be just behind our back yard! Shortly after our purchase we went to the Simmons Design Center in Owasso. Lori Potts went above and beyond in helping us design our new home. I told her how grateful we were for her expert advice and giving us such exceptional ideas and so many options to choose from. Lori made us feel at ease by being so kind and super patient! Especially because I was having a challenging time making a decision on some of the options for color schemes etc. We are almost done with our final submission, and I wanted to commend Lori on giving us the most wonderful and exciting experience in designing our new home! We ended up choosing a different lot for our home in Owasso. After meeting with Brian Rose the Sales Executive of Quailbrook Estates he informed us of all the home plans available exclusively for this neighborhood and he took the time to go through them all with us! We found a larger lot that we absolutely loved and he made us feel at ease when it came to changing the location of our new home. Brian even made it possible for us to do a walk through of a neighbors home so we can get an idea what our new home will look like! Angela wished us well and Lori welcomed the change of plans with open arms! Talk about phenomenal service! Thank you Angela, Lori, and Brian of Simmons Homes for the best home buying experience ever! I was referred to Tina and Ryan through Tulsa Remote but unlike others it was also direct referral from a Mutual friend/client in addition to all the good things that were mentioned from other T.R. members. I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team. Can't recommend them enough, specially if you're buying from outside of Tulsa.

She also commented on our rate buy down saying "wow i've never seen them charge so much to buy down a rate. they gave yall some high fees" she also stopped halfway & had to go "ask" if it was okay that husband and I had different last names as we recently got married. She was rude, unprofessional, & easily flustered at our questions. 1 star but only because my real estate agent was so sweet & was also confused at the employees attitude. *in regards to the comment* Business was done under my husbands name at this location in Owasso.

We set about surfing the web (Zillow.com) because that's the least intrusive way, right? I mean, who wants to bother with those pesky, Type-A, 'won't take no for an answer' real estate people? Our search led us to what turned out to be our dream home, and it was listed with Cindy and Keeli. Due to a scheduling conflict, Cindy was unable to meet with us initially, instead referring us to a colleague (Keina Phillips) for an initial look at the home. I could take you through the weeks long saga that was our home buying experience, but I'll cut straight to the chase. Cindy Hand is as consummate and hard working a real estate professional as you are likely to ever encounter. Even though she was the seller's agent, she maintained an even keel, fairly representing our position as buyers, as well as keeping us grounded with respect to the position of the sellers. She worked her tail off to resolve issues as they arose, going over and above as far as I am concerned. It's a tough walk, but Cindy pulled it off with an ease that amazed me. She listens to what you say, tells you straight up if she disagrees with you (and why), and is a fanatic about doing "the right thing", regardless of how it might impact the deal. This tells me her sense of ethics is above reproach, whether you're the buyer or the seller. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Cindy or Keina to anyone looking for hardworking, honest and effective realtor.
