Best realtor in Tulsa and a great guy all around! David really went above and beyond what most…read morerealtors do! I will tell you exactly why because he deserves the recognition for putting up with me and all the little problems the house I picked came with. He always kept me in the loop through text and is a great negotiator when dealing with the seller. He patiently helped me look for my first home which got drawn out over two months because of a lender he told me not to go with(I should have listened to David). He always listened to what I wanted and was looking for in a first home. Whether it be price, large yard, out in the country or whatever he showed me them all. The one thing that stuck out to me the most about david was after we closed the deal. Tulsa and the surrounding areas had a really bad storm 3 or 4 days prior to me closing on the home. I went to go see my home after singing the papers and noticed a huge tree in the front had been laying on the side in my hard. I called david and asked if the seller could take care of it or anything. He basically said its not really the sellers responsibility now but he will try to talk to them. While i was at work david literally cut down a whole tree that had fallen down and cut it in small enough pieces for the trash guy in broken arrow to take them. I mean I do not know any realtor that goes out of his way after the deal has already been done and everything. That to me truly shows his character and the kind of man he is. Thank you again David Krebs!

TL,DR: Mike is exceptional and he should be towards the top of your list to assist with buying or…read moreselling; he was a tremendous blessing to Rachel and I; from start, to finish, and beyond, the process was nothing short of top notch. My wife and I were planning a move to the Broken Arrow area from Arlington, Texas to attend Rhema Bible Training College. I had begun my search through online sites and submitted our names to view houses for rent and homes for sale. Mike was the realtor who had received our inquiry on a particular property and, as it turned out, it was a divine appointment. The first house we saw was not in great shape and we agreed it was not for us. We then proceeded to walk out and have a conversation with Mike. We told him our situation and he was more than fine working with us. Thankfully, Mike owns his own company and has great flexibility to work with clients such as us who did not have a pre-qual letter. I asked him to send us properties we may be interested in. We were in the market preferably for 3 bed/2 bath. He obliged and sent us several properties to look at overnight. Next morning, he told us one property just opened up in Coweta, outside of BA, but we were on the same page and he knew what we were looking for. He gets the appointment lined up within the morning and we see the house in the afternoon. We were pleasantly surprised at how well stated the house was. Ultimately, we went with that house which is now our home. We put our offer in and Mike negotiated with excellence on our behalf. Saved us money and we got several concessions. I am taking the time to write this up for I want you to know how great Mike was. The communication was excellent the whole way. We came up but for a short while to OK for we were still living in Texas. He showed up multiple times in multiple ways to the OK house to help us. Mike is worthy of your serious consideration. From experience, he is excellent. God bless, Anthony and Rachel DiLullo

Let me start by saying this is not your typical review because my purchase was not typical at all…read moreand neither are this amazing team. I was referred to Tina and Ryan through Tulsa Remote but unlike others it was also direct referral from a Mutual friend/client in addition to all the good things that were mentioned from other T.R. members. I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team. Can't recommend them enough, specially if you're buying from outside of Tulsa.
