Best realtor in Tulsa and a great guy all around! David really went above and beyond what most realtors do! I will tell you exactly why because he deserves the recognition for putting up with me and all the little problems the house I picked came with. He always kept me in the loop through text and is a great negotiator when dealing with the seller. He patiently helped me look for my first home which got drawn out over two months because of a lender he told me not to go with(I should have listened to David). He always listened to what I wanted and was looking for in a first home. Whether it be price, large yard, out in the country or whatever he showed me them all. The one thing that stuck out to me the most about david was after we closed the deal. Tulsa and the surrounding areas had a really bad storm 3 or 4 days prior to me closing on the home. I went to go see my home after singing the papers and noticed a huge tree in the front had been laying on the side in my hard. I called david and asked if the seller could take care of it or anything. He basically said its not really the sellers responsibility now but he will try to talk to them. While i was at work david literally cut down a whole tree that had fallen down and cut it in small enough pieces for the trash guy in broken arrow to take them. I mean I do not know any realtor that goes out of his way after the deal has already been done and everything. That to me truly shows his character and the kind of man he is.
