He told us he would show us homes and answer question but didn't do the paper work. He took notes on each visit. He truly tried to help us out. We decided on a home went through the the getting approved and everything went fairly smooth, BUT: Ken Kennedy the Home Center Manager got involved in the paper work side of things and everything went down hill. VERY poor communication and keep changing what he said. Never a straight answer and always blaming us or the banks for everything. We waited several weeks with no communication from them so we had to contact the back to find out what was going on. We sent in all required paper work and had paid our deposit and our down payment. Finally our bank got the ball rolling. On every conversation with Ken Kennedy he was always blaming everything on someone else. The day of signing we meet up and he had a notary there notarizing blank unsigned documents, the notary never verified our id and signature. Ken said it was normal. Ken kept over and over insuring they were not responsible for pad and permits and utility hook ups. Then he started degrading any contractor doing the work that wasn't his friend. Kept harping on his friend (his Guys) do it right and he would call his friends and ask if our contractors were any good. This was very condescending and belittling to me and my wife. His whole attitude was treating us as we were dumb and stupid about getting a mobile home. My sister-In-Law who we brought to look at trailer and to witness walked out of the office building when Ken started belittling my contractors and us. Shortly after that it got heated and I told Ken Kennedy it was none of his business who my contractors where. He didn't like this and grabbed all the paper work and walked out. Said he wasn't going to sell us the home. The bank had sent in everything, we had did all required. Kens Kennedy's own pride and arrogance got in the way of a successful transaction. Ken Kennedy, himself took it on himself to ruin a good thing. Ken Kennedy never spoke a straight sentence, always blaming everyone else. Bill Alford

Frankly, my…read moreexpectations were that everyone was out to get all the money I had in my pocket and I needed to be very cautious! Pamela really stood by me in the buying process and I would recommend her immediately, here's why: First, Pamela was willing to go at *my speed*. I had plenty of time to find a house (no rush on my current apt lease) and I did not want a pushy salesperson who would pressure me into an immediate pre-approval. Pamela and her assistant Colton found a great house! She is so easy to talk to that you want to go ahead with whatever suggestion she may throw your way; I did decide to use her trusted lender. I also checked out another lender, I got worried about things, I was excited, I was nervous... No matter what came up or what questions I had, Pamela and her team were ready to find a good solution. I felt that Pamela was truly on my team and looked out for my best interests, including when she had to remind me of my budget and bring me down from higher prices early on. She helped me get quick answers, particularly to my most important questions. We close tomorrow and I am very satisfied with my decision to work with Pamela Nichols. As a client, you will be well looked after. You should bring homes you want to look at to the table to help her get an idea of what you like. I'm glad she found the house for me!
