The worst real estate company I've every worked with. Ignores customers, won't return calls, etc. Repairs agreed upon in written contract were contracted through Accents "approved contractors" was disgustingly poor workmanship and Accent would not get them to repair the items correctly. Excellent service! Within a week my house had 3 solid offers, and I closed in about 6 weeks. It was a very smooth process and the Accent team made sure to keep me well informed throughout the selling process. Working with so many different people at the office for the different aspects of selling seemed a bit confusing at first, but it kept me well educated and informed. I like the Wheeler team, but decided not to use them to help sell our home because the salesperson said we don't want the 'guarantee' and it is not for us and only a handful of sellers over quite a few years actually used the 'guarantee'. So the guarantee was pretty much a bait and switch technique. Also, the commission they charged was more than all of the other realtors I interviewed. That was disappointing as well. read more

We chose Accent only because of the fact that they sell so many houses per year. We had excellent customer service right up until we signed the listing paperwork. After that, the communication was terrible, we were treated only as a number, we were shuffled through several different people during the process, and they snuck in an extra 2,000 in commissions on our closing papers that THANKFULLY, we re-calculated and caught literally less than 24 hours from closing. It took forever to sell our house, and we only sold it after they pushed us to keep lowering and lowering, eventually listing for $8000 less than they originally suggested. I would suggest finding any other realtor in town OTHER than Accent Realtors. read more

I listed my house with Accent, at first everything was great, I choose their high end package, they were fast about getting the house listed and taking pics, but then once the house was listed I had to schedule my own viewings of the house, I had to call the realtor to get updates, once I did have a contract on the house and we received the repair paperwork, Accent recommended their "approved contractor" James. James, came out to the house Thursday to raise the hot water tank, Friday morning around 1230 am my oldest daughter called me and said there was a horrible gas smell in the house that just continued to get worse since James left. I had my kids and grand baby leave the house, sent James a text right then and then contacted him first thing Friday morning. He returned to the house Friday morning, contacted me and stated it wasn't a gas leak but gas from the sewer line. He stated he fixed the problem and to contact him if I could smell anything when I got home. When I got home Friday afternoon around 1230 the natural gas smell was so strong I could smell it outside. I turned off the gas to the hot water tank and contacted James immediately. He came back out, replaced the gas line to the hot water tank and told me the gas smell was very strong when he had been there that morning, but that after looking at everything he did not feel it was an actual gas leak. I did not smell natural gas for several hours, however once turning the a/c back on ( it had been off because all the doors and windows were open to air out the house) the gas smell came back. I once again turned the gas line to the hot water tank off however the gas smell continued so the gas to the entire house had to be turned off. This guy could of killed my kids and grand baby, when I contacted Accent, they "suggested" I get an actual plumber out to find the leak and fix it. I did have to contact a plumber on my own and have him come out and fix the leak. I then had to pay the plumber, so I told them I did not want to pay James, because of all the problems, however, still had to pay him at closing. Accent was not with me at closing, and in all the paperwork I had been sent before closing stated I would get money back, however when I got to closing they stated I owed money!!! HORRIBLE!!!!
