He patiently helped me look for my first home which got drawn out over two months because of a lender he told me not to go with(I should have listened to David). My family has horror stories of other realtors they have worked with and we carefully chose a realtor. But I knew from the moment we met her at an open house that she would be the realtor for us. She listened to everything that we wanted (was asking for an unrealistic house on a small budget). She asked what was our must haves and gave us options. She did research on properties we liked to see if there was a restrictions on the properties to build a shop and many other things that we weren't sure on how to look it up.
