Rude!! Unhelpful! They are horrible are communication! I…read morecan't get a good phone number for anyone and they don't text back. Their online portal is too confusing. The billing department is always a week late post rent!! And their maintenance group/ Latchel is the worst part! I've been waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed for a month now. Last summer, during a heat wave, it took 3 weeks to get our AC fixed!

I am disgusted that I even have to leave a review like this . In April I hired Josh Shriner . In…read morethe beginning we weren't ready to sell right away as we were still trying to move and then paint etc . In May we finally said it was time . Josh was pleasant in the beginning. Then things started to change . He was not showing my home nor did he ever show my home . On one Sunday he did an open house . He would come up with these elaborate stories on other relators and their clients who looked at my home with some feed back that was just to be honest stuff we had said about our own home prior to listing . As time has gone by he was letting realtors show my home with out being pre approved. Then it was virtual showings that had the same kinda stories . California clients very interested or California clients who was a cat lady or California clients who have had a realtor for 7 months but never flown out to do a in person look . It started getting very "shady" . When asked about one client he screen shot a conversation to me . In that conversation he clued her in on the fact we were getting ready to lower it . I was shocked cause he was tipping off the buyer that we were lowering it before we did making it unethical in my opinion working on the behalf of the buyer and not whom was paying him. We started high on the sale price and ended up lowering it every week . In the end he wanted us to lower it so far down just so he could be rid of me bugging him to basically do his job . I did not read the reviews prior to hiring him or I would have passed on him . There are things you can overlook but the unethical behavior on texting his potential client about a reduction prior to us reducing was the bottom of the barrel for me . This client was not even pre qualified nor get financing . I was the one going over after each showing cleaning up and making sure the relators didn't leave it a mess as I was having issues with lights being left on doors being left unlocked and then using the restroom and not flushing . There was lists each time of people coming in and not shutting cabinet doors etc . It was a mess at times . Only towards the end did he offer to come over and walk through the home to check on it . Only until I lit a fire and confronted him . He never personally took a client of his to my property . He never one checked on my home physically . He would say well you have the nicest house in the neighborhood which is going to work against you . Yet never ever bringing a client to look . He was more interested in high valued properties closer to his own person home cause of distance and his family time . I wish him the best but he needs training on what you can say to a client and what you can say to a buyer . Tipping off a client on a home he is selling for his own clients is in my opinion unethical .

Overall, it was a solid experience, and I would recommend them to others looking for reliable and personable real estate support!

Let me start by saying this is not your typical review because my purchase was not typical at all…read moreand neither are this amazing team. I was referred to Tina and Ryan through Tulsa Remote but unlike others it was also direct referral from a Mutual friend/client in addition to all the good things that were mentioned from other T.R. members. I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team. Can't recommend them enough, specially if you're buying from outside of Tulsa.

For the amount of experience listed, JoAnna did not seem to understand the process of selling a…read morehome, nor did she demonstrate integrity. Particularly, navigating the home warranty process (she caused delays by trying to book the wrong warranty on behalf the of the wrong party), and calling 311 to get lines marked (she caused major delays by not ordering it properly, that was her story after the first 72 hours past, which changed after it turned into a week). I would expect a premier or lifestyle realtor, as she claims to be, to be well versed in the processes, capable of coaching her clients and navigating all 3rd party processes. One way she did not demonstrate integrity was she knew we were moving from out of state, and she tried to say "That's just the way the market is in Tulsa." What she didn't know is that we are from Tulsa and recognized that as untrue and opportunistic. Finally, she left the "for sale" sign stuffed in a tree instead of removing it from the property. I would not recommend working with JoAnna Blackstock if you can avoid it.
