Let me start by saying this is not your typical review because my purchase was not typical at all…read moreand neither are this amazing team. I was referred to Tina and Ryan through Tulsa Remote but unlike others it was also direct referral from a Mutual friend/client in addition to all the good things that were mentioned from other T.R. members. I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team. Can't recommend them enough, specially if you're buying from outside of Tulsa.

As a young first time homebuyer I was very nervous about this whole process. Frankly, my…read moreexpectations were that everyone was out to get all the money I had in my pocket and I needed to be very cautious! Pamela really stood by me in the buying process and I would recommend her immediately, here's why: First, Pamela was willing to go at *my speed*. I had plenty of time to find a house (no rush on my current apt lease) and I did not want a pushy salesperson who would pressure me into an immediate pre-approval. Pamela and her assistant Colton found a great house! She is so easy to talk to that you want to go ahead with whatever suggestion she may throw your way; I did decide to use her trusted lender. I also checked out another lender, I got worried about things, I was excited, I was nervous... No matter what came up or what questions I had, Pamela and her team were ready to find a good solution. I felt that Pamela was truly on my team and looked out for my best interests, including when she had to remind me of my budget and bring me down from higher prices early on. She helped me get quick answers, particularly to my most important questions. We close tomorrow and I am very satisfied with my decision to work with Pamela Nichols. As a client, you will be well looked after. You should bring homes you want to look at to the table to help her get an idea of what you like. I'm glad she found the house for me!

I never had any issue with pests, the exterminator actually lives on the property and does routine sprays. Anytime something needed repair it was done within 24 hours by Francisco, the nicest down to earth maintenance man you'll ever meet. He even comes on the weekend if its an emergency and he never complains. My favorite part about this complex was it's community atmosphere. It is mostly made up of retirees and young families and the neighbors are very neighborly. Everyone barbecues together on holidays and during the summer. I am a single mother with two young kids and I felt safe here for the past year and half that I rented. It is gated and not easily accessible from the road, which to me was a good thing, for safety reasons. It is tucked behind a neighborhood so not many people even know it's there. The apartments are older style, but because they are older, the walls are super thick and I don't ever here my neighbors. If you want to live in a place that you can call home, that has a family-like atmosphere, and where most of your neighbors have lived for more than 5 years and never want to leave, this is the place for you!
