I was referred to Tina and Ryan through Tulsa Remote but unlike others it was also direct referral from a Mutual friend/client in addition to all the good things that were mentioned from other T.R. members. I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team. Our realtor recommended this company. It was the worst experience we have ever had while closing…read moreon a house. There were so many issues. The sellers signed remotely and when we went in to close after about 40 minutes of signing papers they then realized they didn't have the sellers papers. They blamed that on sellers, but the truth is the sellers did not get their paperwork until a few hours before we signed, they had signed, notarized, and overnighted the same day. They then claimed Fed Ex didn't deliver it until three days later. Then they said the lender had sent the wrong amount and they sent it back (three times) In short in took a week before we were funded. Maureen was very unprofessional with the sellers realtor, yelling at her ( she followed her outside to continue yelling at her). Our realtor , our broker, and the sellers realtor were the only reason it didn't take longer as it seemed Executive Title was doing nothing to solve whatever the issue was. Edited to add. It has been 17 days since closing and our Home Warranty Company has not receivced payment yet from Executives Title.

While speaking with several different agents, they all knew the Trouble I got myself in by trying to work with her due to her reputation. This lady has absolutely 0 respect. Judged me by my age. was absolutely hateful. & to top it all off, while trying to get her to sign my release of contract & disbursement of earnest money, she wanted to be a complete CHILD & go back & forth "I won't sign until you sign" trying to prolong my earnest.
