They made sure everything was done to the highest possible standard. After the boiler was installed, we had some issues around a leaking radiator and balancing of the radiators. They came back fairly quickly and repaired the issues well. Sasi is very responsive. He always responded to my questions and concerns promptly. He always could come within a reasonable time frame. In terms of price, they are reasonably priced. They are not the cheapest quotes that we got, but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for", and I feel we got high quality work for a good price.

After the service, the fireplace worked but shut off after roughly one hour. I contacted them again and a technician returned and turned the unit back on, but it shut off again shortly after they left. When I contacted them a third time, I was advised to check the chimney. I personally inspected it and confirmed it was clean and unobstructed. When I followed up again, I was told there may be other issues that would require additional costs and that the problem was not their responsibility, with the implication that I did not know how to operate a gas fireplace. I found this response unprofessional and disappointing, especially since the issue started immediately after their repair and remains unresolved. This year, 2025, we called them to report it was not working sufficiently: temp is set at 23, but the house registers 24.5 degrees! They want to charge $150 just to come out and inspect the problem. The original unit lasted approximately 20 years without an issue. This new Carrier unit installed by Convertible is just over 4 years old and it's unable to maintain a comfortable temperature of 23. Recent heat waves are a good test of the quality of an air conditioner unit, as well as the reliability of the company you hire when you need a new one. Disappointed in both!

They placed floor mats/sheets to prevent dirtying the floor. They suggested the best filter to purchase for our unit, taking into the consideration the size of the home and if kids or pets were present. They tested the unit after installation. And they did their best to clean up after the job was done. And later on, the owner came to inspect to ensure that everything was done properly. A1 business. They return your emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. They not only service our immediate town - but anywhere else in the surrounding GTA.
