I needed full demo of the back part of my home, a rat wall on the exterior wall, waterproofing, regrading, and reconstruction (insulation, drywall, paint, floors, etc.). I reached out and gathered estimates from more than 15 places in the area. Every other contractor didn't seem to grasp the complexities of the work I was trying to get quoted, but I could tell James completely understood and listened to me. His price was also very fair. He made the whole process straightforward. When a couple unexpected problems came up, he explained the situation to me and provided me with fair options. Used Jake for a new bathroom installation in the basement. Biggest mistake I made! Timing was bad…read moreto start with on installation, and he constantly haggled over payment, despite what had been agreed upon. Bathroom was finally finished about 4 months ago. Fast forward to now, and so far we have had a water pipe failure (spraying water inside finished wall and damaging drywall, and carpet in adjacent bedroom) - total costs to fix - $149 for the floor cleaning, $585 for the drywall repair, and $400 to cut open the wall and repipe. That was just 4 weeks ago. Next? Come to find out, underground plumbing he installed is completely incorrect. Used T's to connect in toilet, shower, and sink drain, and then T'd into a main line that actually was part of the floor drain network - so not only could you not snake it thanks for the T (it clogged after having the toilet used 10-15 times) - it had a trap connection to the main line, so sewage could not exit the line effectively at all. That cost me $7500 and counting. In total I paid Jake $15,000 for the bathroom installation - and to date I have spent $8500 repairing (this doesn't include the handyman I had to bring out to repair all the shoddy grout work). Jake is a total fraud unfortunately.

They also installed four 8x4 foot racks in our garage ceiling, new faucets in the kitchen and half bath, and changed our disposal to the logical side of our sink, a task which turned out to be a little tricky. We are very pleased with the results and recommend this team to anyone looking for a contractor. My fiancé is a former contractor himself, so we are well able to evaluate the service received, and it was great. Our projects came in as quoted, and everyone was respectful, hard working and helpful. If you are looking for a contractor, give them a call.

I was hired for siding only... all you people are trying to do is get over on me, im not awning for any more money for the qork thats not finished, why would I trust anyone to go back and then work more and not get paid.... dont worry I am in the middle of filing a labor lien on the property and file complaint with Lara and the bbb, and trust me this will not be the last you hear from me, I will make it known so anyone else that works for you knows what there going up against, this is horrible business practice, im the little guy, I worked out there for free for over a month waiting on billy to finish deck, when he should have just called after the completion of deck, any good company knows that you do things in phases... get your shit together.... literally its not just me it my guys and there families aswell...... the rest of the stuff there is to finish is also minor things that your company lacked the proper material ordering skills and then u put it on me to figure out, im there for labor only.. not a wise choice to screw the working man over

My wife knows her phone number, but when I tried to reschedule for the next day, they would not come out unless both my wife and I were there claiming that we would not be able to make decisions between the number of the various types of window they had.None of the other, mom and pop or even chain big guys required this, they all just came out and took our measurements gave us a quote talk to me about the product and they gave us a quote, ask why cause they wanted to hard sell sign that day. they were given a chance to make it right and decided, No. Can't imagine if their sales team is like this that their installation team will be much better. Didn't give a crap about my time and they won't give a crap about yours let alone your money.
