Pictures don't do it justice. I took a leap of faith and went with everything he designed and we are very pleased with the results. Leland is one of a kind and provides top notch service. No matter your needs he will take care of you. After speaking to him for just a few minutes I knew that he had quite the experience that is needed to complete any type of project to perfection. My only regret is that I didn't meet him sooner to do our master bathroom. He has a history of stunning work and he will not disappoint. A true asset to Best Tile.

There are multiple tile showcases throughout the store, and the sales associates were super friendly and helpful when we asked to see even more options. Background: my boyfriend and I are currently renovating both a guest bathroom and sunroom and were having a really tough time finding tile that was modern enough without being way too "out there." Crossville had so many options - from the ultraconservative to the ultramodern and everything in-between. And we found the perfect tile for both rooms all in one visit. Kirsten was quite helpful in matching up tiles and showing us multiple options for each of the rooms to ensure we were happy with the final choice. I swear we gave her a workout pulling all the tile from the backroom! I highly recommend checking out Crossville Tile & Stone during your next renovation project.

They give you the space you need when you are looking for tile, but support you when you have decisions to make. They are all knowledgeable about their products and always have some sort of deal on tile. They rearrange their showroom regularly with the latest trends and keep the tiles clean for display. I went yesterday to get some tile for my garage project and they had tiles out on the front parking area where they were shampooing and cleaning them with a scrub brush. It's obvious they take pride in their work and want their customers to enjoy the tile as much as they do. Their bathroom is very clean if you need to visit it, and their grout options seem limitless. Parking is easy and free. Check them out, I know you won't be disappointed.

This is the worst tile work I've ever seen. We where warned…read moreby neighbors not to use them. The tile work was such a disaster. Uneven, careless work. Patterns where not correct, some tiles too high some too low. Some where chipped some wrong color. Holes for faucets where square when clearly it should have been round. They kept saying it was our fault because of the house and quality of tile. We purchased this tile from the most high end reputable tile shop in Charlotte. They took no responsibility for their work. We had another tile person come in to see what could be done to repair all their mistakes and he said you should rip it all out and start over. This clearly was not an option and we where particularly upset because we saved for years for a lovely marble floor. Other bathrooms where also a disaster. Run as fast as you can - do NOT hire this company. (Unless you want a world of heartache and lost money).
