We got extra pillows. - good They will keep your bags for $5.00 per day - also good and cheaper than Bounce Rooms are clean. Hotel appears rather new. Front desk was brusque and slow processing things. Does not give one a "Kiwi" feel or homey feel at all.

Holiday Inn was a pleasant stay I had for my 2 days. I stayed there and enjoyed every second of it!…read more We ended up getting a hotel closer to the airport since the prices were way better than getting a hotel in town. If you look at the map of Sydney, it's not much that far from the city, then you think with quick cheap Uber you're there in no time. We went ahead and booked our hotel from an online event website and saved big! We entered our hotel and were greater by the staff, and we presented our names and ids and were given our hotel keys in no time. The hotel has a security feature where you must scan your key to use the hotel elevator. As we entered our room, it was as beautiful as ever and had a large bed with a nice TV. The shower had all the soaps and conditioners, and the water didn't take long to get hot!. There was a mini-fridge with plenty of towels for your convenience to use. The star of the show was them letting us extend our checkout time past the time due. We ended up paying more money to extend our stay and were very happy about that. Overall, it was an excellent hotel to stay at when in the beautiful city of Sydney away from the hustle and bustle. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well as food. I recommend this hotel to save big instead of staying deep in the heart of Sydney as to where you are just a quick Iber ride away. There's plenty of stuff to do in this area, along with great restaurants and shopping. Customer service was superb and second to none!

On offer is cereal, fruit, toast, roasted tomatoes, tater tot's, scrambled eggs, chicken sausages and bacon , also a coffee machine which makes a pretty good latte or whatever your type of coffee looks like with a selection of fresh pastries , full buffet $25 Stayed here twice now and no hesitation staying again

This was a nice hotel close to the airport and transportation stops. I would give it 4 stars except…read morethat the AC in our room wasn't working during a bit of a heat wave and either no one worked on it or couldn't get it working. However, there was never any follow-up back to us. They couldn't find my reservation as I had arranged to pay for a room the evening before I arrived early the next morning. I wanted to get off my international flight and go straight to my hotel room. Even though I made these arrangements in advance, when I didn't show up for the evening of my reservation, they marked me as a no show and gave away my room. Luckily, they had another room available. Also, if you wanted to meet traveling companions at the bar, the amount of space was incredibly small as to make it uncomfortable. So the options were to leave the hotel or sit outside at some larger table, right next to where the cars drive up. So overall, it was an uncomfortable stay.

From the restaurant service, the front desk incompetence and housekeeping not answering the phone. The "manager" only added to the problems with her assumptions and accusations instead of resolving anything. It's clean. It's close to the airport... BUT Don't plan on enjoying yourself at the hotel. Expect unexplainable room charges, terrible service and incompetent management.

The cups in our room were dirty, the rug was dirty with hairballs, there was dust on the mirrors above the bathroom sink. At US$200 per night, this was terrible. The room and bathroom are small and bare but it was relatively inexpensive and it's close to the airport, which is handy for our morning flight. The TV has a lot of channels and there's a Krispy Kreme next door if you're craving a late night donut. It is also pretty quiet despite being by a busy street and quite a few guests. BUT - this is definitely a situation where the proverbial devil is in the details. The hotel advertises a shuttle but fails to mention that it's $10 per person. {Hint: Uber is $15 for up to 4 people, and you're not restricted by the shuttle times.} The USB plug in our room is broken, which is really annoying. The pillows are small and flat, and the shower floods the whole bathroom. The biggest issue by far, though, is that it feels like we are sleeping (well trying to sleep) on the surface of the sun. It's 26 degrees (79 Fahrenheit) and despite blasting the AC for the last few hours it's not budging. It's only 15 degrees (59 Fahrenheit) outside but the window doesn't open so no breeze. At this point I would consider opening the hall door but it's a sauna out there too.
