Front Desk individual was very poor this morning. Waiting for 4:55am shuttle and was at front desk at 4:35am to purchase the shuttle ticket. Nobody at the desk until 4:55am. Another customer came to the desk at that time as well, with the shuttle driver waiting. I asked if I needed to buy a ticket and he said "I'll just bill it to the room...go, go." It was short, rude, brutal. I walk out to the shuttle and the driver asks me where my ticket is? EXACTLY. Now we both walk back in...he's rude again. Hands me the ticket. We leave. Fire this fella, he's in the wrong industry. Customer service is not his game. Terrible arrival to Australia. Embarrassing for the Adina. read more
