I really like this pub however this is one big but that goes with that - only when the upper levels are open. The second floor and the roof are really cool, however they aren't always open (usually only on a Friday and Saturday night, as far as I can tell). I came by here on a Wednesday recently and only the lower ground area was open, and that is basically a sports bar and a VIP lounge (and the sports bar is pretty small). Needless to say I decided to move on. However, I then returned on a Friday night, and sure enough the upper stories were open, so I decided to grab a drink. What is even better is that they have an elevator that services those levels, which makes this pub very accessible. Even if the roof isn't open (I don't think it was the first time I came here) the second level has a balcony though it is fairly narrow and usually full of smokers. read more
