Chose this service if you: * are looking for a COMPLETE color transformation or DRASTIC CHANGE * Is looking for a FULL foil, a COMPLETE" But instead of that I left with the same issues that I came to get fixed: yellow tones, dark roots, gray hair, and a few highlights. After reaching out to let her know how unhappy I was with the result, (which I mentioned right away while I was still at the salon) her suggestion was that I should book another appointment to get closer to what I wanted. I was never offered to even get a redo, despite of not having received the service advertised and that I paid for. In her words " It's not perfect but I feel that we made progress". To put it in perspective, people that I see all the time didn't even notice any difference on my hair. Customer satisfaction is definitely not their priority, and the words used in their advertisement " worthy hair/ luxury" don't match the service provided. After talking to the hair stylist hoping to get a solution for my problem and not getting anything, I've tried to talk to the owner only to have her reinforce that I should book another appointment and that they would not refund me. I would definitely not recommend this place.

It was actually my mom's first wax ever and Casey made her feel so comfortable and at ease. My mom couldn't actually even believe the wax was as quick and pain free as it was! Casey even comped the service for us as a wedding gift as we were prepping for my little brother's wedding next week which was just beyond sweet and thoughtful. As a side note, my mom has Alzheimer's and I tend to worry about her receiving services as sometimes she needs things explained multiple times or extra time to navigate unfamiliar environments. Without even knowing about my mom's condition, Casey was so professional, patient and welcoming and truly made us both very comfortable. We cannot recommend Koukla salon enough and send our heartfelt thanks to Casey for everything! We can't wait to come back!
