I work in Shawnee, KS and I found Dr. Strutz and made an appointment. I found him to be very informative as to my options regarding treatment. His communication was optimal before, during, and after my procedure, and his assistant was fabulous. Billing: I was quoted wrong (only quoted coinsurance) and (embarrassingly enough) didn't have a valid card with me to pay for the deductible that was not quoted. I was still allowed to check in without paying for my full deductible. I did however have to place my (inactive) card on file for future charges and signed a form stating the date they would withdrawal.

If you are looking for an excellent dentist, you should check out Dr. Andrew Moore in Shawnee, Kansas. When we first moved here, I had a veneer pop off one of my front teeth literally on the day when they were delivering all our stuff to our new house. Dr. Moore's staff got me in right away, and didn't even charge me to glue it back on. We have gone to him ever since. His office is state of the art and beautifully decorated. His staff is friendly and very caring. Dr. Moore takes time to talk with each patient, and LISTENS to what you tell him. He also is very generous in giving back to the community.
