No. Said he would ask Service Manager to call. 3. Two weeks later (after I called three times) the service manager, Joe, called and came to our home. He was VERY knowledgeable and discussed a plan and schedule tailored to the needs of our lawn. He said we would get a new quote that reflected these details. 4. about a week later at 9:56 in the morning, I received an email saying I am signed up for auto-renew for the plan attached. Four minutes later I get a voicemail from a female, no company identified, referred to "An email she sent", first application tomorrow. she did leave a phone number to be reached with questions. NO NAME. NO COMPANY MENTIONED. 5. The "Plan" attached to the email was Nothing like Joe said it would be. Did not say what the applications were (crab grass control? fertilizer? weed killer? grub control?) , what season for application (early spring, spring, summer, fall, late fall,?) Joe said it would cover what we discussed. IT DID NOT. 6. I called...the young woman who answered the phone said I can explain. The FIRST think she said is we will come out and apply "crab grass preventer". I stopped her in her tracks. Joe said because we were killing moss we could NOT have crab grass preventer applied. She said "oh let me correct myself" I said....Can't you simply write the new plan down and email it to me? She said " NO I CANNOT" ...I said well then I cannot hire Lawn Squad. She said OK and disconnected. If we cannot trust Lawn Squad to stand by what they tell us now....how can we trust them to actually follow through in the future? This is a shame. Our Neighbor's have used Lawn Squad for years before they changed their name....their lawn is very nice. Their technician is very easy to work with. I supposed Lawn Squad is just not in to customer service any more.

They didn't ever "treat" around our berry bed (my husband took care of that himself) and, lo and behold, the grass there is thick and green while everywhere Lawn Squad did looks like a prairie fire rolled through. People have even asked what happened to our lawn! We halted services before the period ended and requested our money back based on a, not just unsatisfactory but, totally appalling result; they, of course, said no. When we politely insisted based on the photos, no response was given. No courtesy. No professionalism. You'll do yourself a disservice if you go with this company.

I then emailed Corlett advising no phone number works and they responded to allow 24-48 hours to get their system fixed. 5 days later neither phone number works. I had verified with owner that the phone numbers show Kirtland on my phone and that the business is located on E 63rd but could not verify a business phone# on google and owner does not want to communicate via Yelp text....

This year however, they are not spraying around the edges of the grass. I have called them several times about this and did not get satisfaction from customer service even though they came out and did a free application. Then they applied grub control that I did not authorize and they want me to pay for it. I emailed the company over a week ago and have gotten no response. They have canceled my account, which is fine, because no longer want to deal with them. They can forget about me paying for the grub control!!

The company I initially booked my request into did not answer within a reasonable amount of time, but thankfully Yelp had already asked if I was OK with them sending my request out to others who might take on the project. Millenium answered very quickly, offered a reasonable quote, and only changed it slightly after seeing images of the work to be performed. I feel I definitely got the better side of the bargain. We arranged a date and time for them to arrive. They arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time and walked through the project with me, and set to work. The job was completed in less time than originally anticipated. The yard looked amazing compared to what it had, and it was a delight to see the back fence again! So much room for the animals and kids to run and play; without the high brush, we've less chance of some of the pesky critters we've been encountering. Great work!
