Dan informed him we found someone local to take care of the pond (Jeff NEVER suggested anyone) Complete lies..This is absolutely insane. Yes , the review is from years ago. Why? Simply because I never even knew about posting reviews on YELP. (did Yelp exist in 2012, 2013?? ,) Why Jeff is responding 2 yrs later years after the original post is bizarre. He obviously doesnt watch his reviews. Enough on that. It was a total mess. Nicholasville is 2 hours away from Louisville. ( IT WAS NEVER SUGGESTED THIS WAS TOO FAR, as a matter of fact, we were told they had several Louisville clients.) What in the hell?? They never should have taken on a site that far. The weather, NO ONES FAULT, was awful. Months of rain, which left our backyard a mess for months since they couldn't work. An outlier no one could forsee, WE GET THAT!!! Eventually, the work that was done wasn't good. A firepit that had to be redone because of unlevel work, causing ponding. Pond only 14 inches deep. (Good grief, a veritable sushi bar for Herron!) Damn. As far as we're concerned, the main issue was the distance between between the main shop and job. No supervision by the "boss" Aka "Mr. Duggins" 2 hours to travel to a worksite is a joke. His staff seemed to mean well, but there is only so much you can do. And yes, they constantly spit and we found numerous soft drink cans buried around the sight when redoing. Yes, they plowed over a small new willow tree and killed it. OK, STUFF HAPPENS, WE GET IT, BUT CMON. Seems Jeff was/is an entrepreneur trying desperately to increase his business. His original intentions were most likely very honorable. Unfortunately, it didn't work for us. We give everyone a fair shake, but sometimes, people ( businesses) screw up. It happens. H2O screwed up. Own it, deal with it, move on.Quit throwing blame and making excuses. We really wanted nothing but the best for our $$$ and we didnt get it. A lot of what he " remembers " is incorrect. Truly, we don't care. We eventually got our pond $17,000+ later) without his help. He needs to let this go, admit it just didn't work out in this case, quit demonizing clients, and learn from the experience, as we have. So Jeff, we didn't even begin this project until AFTER my dad died. He died in Oct 2012. We met june 12, 2013. Obviously, your records are wrong. Spend less time on trying to justify poor work from years ago, and take care of current customers. I'm sure this business has many happy customers. We aren't among them, and it is the publics right to be aware. As for blocking any conversation, we never, ever did any such thing. Ever. How you can say that, is incredibly such a lie. Our original phone numbers and address haven't changed since you worked for us. And no, the numbers aren't blocked. No idea why he would say this. Work on getting current clients to post good reviews and quit wasting time on 2 yr old ones. We left H2O designs in our rearview mirror 7 years ago. In the process, they cut some electrical wires for accent lighting under the tree (unbeknownst to us) and "repaired it". When we noticed all of the lights were not functioning, we called Red Oak (an AWESOME company who installed all of our exterior lights) and they repaired the cut wires that Glynn Young had created. I forwarded their very modest bill to Glynn Young who basically ignored it and when I called them today, informed me that they refused to pay because "it was in our contract that they aren't responsible". DO NOT USE THIS LANDSCAPING COMPANY! They don't take responsibility for things that happen that are their fault, even for good previous customers who have spent a lot of money with them! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

They also landscaped our entire front yard, and installed a paver driveway. They did an amazing job of landscape design, planning, project management, installation, and follow-up. Outdoor spaces gave us a schedule (which was very tight), and brought our various projects in on time.(and a couple of projects were done during Covid) Any time we had questions or issues, they would follow-up immediately. The management, and entire work team, were very conscientious, and made sure things were done according to specifications. (no corner cutting) Outdoor spaces also coordinated with the various other companies, such as fencing, plumbing, electrical, etc .. to make sure things happened on schedule. They even worked with the city, and our homeowners association to get various permits and approvals for the work that was done. It is amazing the transformation Outdoor Spaces did to our entire "outdoor space". Every project they did was in collaboration with our needs, and our budget. Nothing was cookie cutter.. It was done for our unique space and needs, and desires. My wife and I would highly recommend Outdoor Spaces (and we have)... If you have a dream for your outdoor life, I'd give them a call.

Since he started there he was given false naritives of his pay and him being a crew leader and made him a driver with out the driver pay. He pretty much drove the Forman around and did the forming job with out the pay. Also since working there my fiance has been called a Ni$$er and when he asked if the crew workers could stop calling him that and using that word around him they conti used to do so. Even after my fiance spoke to his bosses Robby and Steve about it. Thus is made it a hostile work environment for my fiance who shows up to work and does his job. There has been an instance the same Forman he drove around jumped in my fiance face at a job site trying to provoke him to knocking him out. Which my fiance should not have to worry about being at work and because someone can't get their drug fix wants to cause issues. Also the company allows people who smoke meth, Crack and other drugs to work for them and do these drugs on company time while driving company vehicles and also smoking their drugs in customers properties and or leaving to go and get high while leaving my fiance to do all of the work load alone. When my fiance had a death in the family he was mocked and talked about by the owners and employees when he over heard it and said something that is when everyone wanted to say he's not a good person to work with so they put him with other workers who don't do anything but get high all day long. My fiance checks also have not been accurate since he started and each time was given an excuse until he threated a lawsuit if his pay was not looked at correctly and was told there are days he worked where he was not accounted for when I'm the person who dropped him off at work each time they claimed he was not there. If you end up working late when everyone in the office leaves you get time knocked off your check because before the person who writes your times leave they clock you out while your still on a job site. I would not recommend working for this company at all. They don't care about the work environment for employees, they allow racism with out correction prorely instead will stick you with other people thinking it fixes the issue. The pay for all the work that is intelled is barely anything. They gas you up telling you that your going to move up in the company and never see it put into action and when you bring it up they brush it off or act like they don't recall saying these things to you. Also the owners son has issues with making people feel uncomfortable by constantly staring at you or following you around.
