We learned what was healthy, what wasn't, and options for correction. We had two cleaned up with some awkward branches removed, and one entirely cut down. Because we have a fireplace we wanted to keep most of the large segments. They were accommodating, and stacked nicely-sized pieces in a pre-selected spot. They cleaned up after the work more than we expected, too. They even took debris from other trees I had trimmed myself. Nice people with positive attitudes are so great!

The knowledge that Landesco conveyed to us regarding…read morelandscape architecture and environmental planning was very helpful in understanding our own project. They provided complete site design services and construction administration for our commercial plaza, community park, and a mega water feature. The project went very smoothly and stayed on budget and on time the whole way through. We actually finished a couple of weeks earlier than scheduled, which helped in the long run because we ran into problems with a merchandise supplier. Two brothers worked together handling the entire project themselves. They're both about the same age, and both landscape architects from the University of Kentucky (although registered in Florida as well). Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, we had a lot of fun along the way. Thanks Guys for such a memorable and painless experience! I'll be using you again soon!!

If I would have done some digging around before telling my fiance about working for this company I…read morewould have never had him apply. Since he started there he was given false naritives of his pay and him being a crew leader and made him a driver with out the driver pay. He pretty much drove the Forman around and did the forming job with out the pay. Also since working there my fiance has been called a Ni$$er and when he asked if the crew workers could stop calling him that and using that word around him they conti used to do so. Even after my fiance spoke to his bosses Robby and Steve about it. Thus is made it a hostile work environment for my fiance who shows up to work and does his job. There has been an instance the same Forman he drove around jumped in my fiance face at a job site trying to provoke him to knocking him out. Which my fiance should not have to worry about being at work and because someone can't get their drug fix wants to cause issues. Also the company allows people who smoke meth, Crack and other drugs to work for them and do these drugs on company time while driving company vehicles and also smoking their drugs in customers properties and or leaving to go and get high while leaving my fiance to do all of the work load alone. When my fiance had a death in the family he was mocked and talked about by the owners and employees when he over heard it and said something that is when everyone wanted to say he's not a good person to work with so they put him with other workers who don't do anything but get high all day long. My fiance checks also have not been accurate since he started and each time was given an excuse until he threated a lawsuit if his pay was not looked at correctly and was told there are days he worked where he was not accounted for when I'm the person who dropped him off at work each time they claimed he was not there. If you end up working late when everyone in the office leaves you get time knocked off your check because before the person who writes your times leave they clock you out while your still on a job site. I would not recommend working for this company at all. They don't care about the work environment for employees, they allow racism with out correction prorely instead will stick you with other people thinking it fixes the issue. The pay for all the work that is intelled is barely anything. They gas you up telling you that your going to move up in the company and never see it put into action and when you bring it up they brush it off or act like they don't recall saying these things to you. Also the owners son has issues with making people feel uncomfortable by constantly staring at you or following you around.
