Please do not use this company. You are fair warned. Dave came out in a reasonable time to give me…read morean estimate for french drain in front of house. The 1-star is for his quick response. This was April 12. He quoted $20,000 to take drain way around back yard for dispersal. I said I just wanted french drain length of front of house with run-off to the side. He then quoted $7500 for this but said he had to get back to me to be sure on cost of materials. Said he would contact me on April 14th to firm up price. No problem. Fast forward to April 21st, What's up Dave still no estimate? Told me he was waiting on pricing from his supplier because of the Trump Tariffs. Funny thing is, the materials used for this project are gravel, dirt, perforated plastic pipe and a shovel which can all be purchased in the US all day, every day at any landscape supply shop. Fast forward until today, June 5th, still no call, text, or email. Please don't allow him to treat you like he has treated me. Luckily I was able to get another company to complete this project perfectly for $2500. And if you don't believe me about his response, here is copy of text on April 21st: "We are waiting on the wholesale to get back to us on the shipping price. Do to Is terrifs."

Outdoor Spaces, built our inground pool, outdoor kitchen, replaced our screened in deck, and…read morelandscaped the entire back yard. They also landscaped our entire front yard, and installed a paver driveway. They did an amazing job of landscape design, planning, project management, installation, and follow-up. Outdoor spaces gave us a schedule (which was very tight), and brought our various projects in on time.(and a couple of projects were done during Covid) Any time we had questions or issues, they would follow-up immediately. The management, and entire work team, were very conscientious, and made sure things were done according to specifications. (no corner cutting) Outdoor spaces also coordinated with the various other companies, such as fencing, plumbing, electrical, etc .. to make sure things happened on schedule. They even worked with the city, and our homeowners association to get various permits and approvals for the work that was done. It is amazing the transformation Outdoor Spaces did to our entire "outdoor space". Every project they did was in collaboration with our needs, and our budget. Nothing was cookie cutter.. It was done for our unique space and needs, and desires. My wife and I would highly recommend Outdoor Spaces (and we have)... If you have a dream for your outdoor life, I'd give them a call.

Yard was smooth like a golf course no clumps, no stray blades of grass sticking up. I mean SMOOTH. WOW! Mark trimmed along the side walk & took special care not to get clippings in our A/C unit when mowing. Hey, he does other work as well. I spoke with him about trimming some over grown shrubs & a volunteer tree that came up needing a chain saw to remove. Anyone reading this post needing a premium lawn care service give this gentleman a try. I'm sure he will meet your needs. He is reliable & competitive with his pricing. Also all trimmings was removed from the driveway & sidewalks when finished. I know this work. I did this work in the 70's. 40+ customers. He's Great. Thanks Mark!

I have dealt with this company twice. Once for a delivery of firewood and then to get a quote for…read moretree removal. My firewood was delivered and the person delivering it said that he was "short" and would be back to fulfill the delivery. I waited a week and didn't hear from them so I called their office. I said "I was told that I would receive the rest of my firewood... " I got a nasty call from the owner "Kevin" he was mad and basically told me off... I was pretty surprised and told him I would not be call them again. A few days later Kevin called as said "...he'd thought about it" and would deliver the rest of my firewood. .. next I'd forgotten about the firewood situation and asked for a quote to remove a fallen tree in my yard. Kevin office sent me quote to remove the portion of the tree that had fallen in my property (the tree was a neighbors' tree). I asked Kevin if the tree portion that had fallen on my roof could be cut and moved to the neighbors side.. could I get a new quote? Again, he let me have it!!! (just like to firewood situation) Kevin responded that he didn't need to be "nickeled and dimed" and I could forget using his services. Again, it took me by surprise with his response that could/should have been a professional (none emotional "yes or no" to my question) So a warning to anyone dealing with Arlington Tree Service and "Kevin" that he is ready to tell you off and add with a disquieting "have a blessed day" if he doesn't like it/you. So the moral to the story is to avoid at all cost calling this service or get ready to be told off by Kevin!

A week later, one person called (probably his name is Steve, but I might be mistaken) asking where I still needed help. I said no. The people who cut the tree were supposed to remove the cut branches. I was surprised when I received a phone call from the company a month ago asking me to pay for the services. I never saw anybody from the company. I do not know who removed the branches, the city, the people who cut the tree, or the company. I specifically said that I do not require their services. Yet, I finally received an invoice for $321.00. I have nothing good to say about Lexington Tree Service except they are fraudulent liars. I will pay the bill but advise everybody to avoid the company.
