I called Kentucky Tree Service yesterday evening to request they come out and take down a tree on my backyard tree line that had cracked and was hanging over my neighbor's yard. Kevin came out that evening to ensure it was safe enough to leave overnight and came back the next day to provide the service requested. Kevin is very personable and aims to please. He and his crew were efficient and safely took down the tree along with other limbs in the tree line deemed to be potential hazards. They worked swiftly and in coordination to get the job done in a timely manner while taking the time to ensure no damage to the fence and the outbuilding close by. It was amazing to watch them work! They also cleaned up every last leaf from my yard and the area in front of my house where the tree chipper was parked. Mr. Burdine and his crew were absolutely awesome. We lost half of a tree last week-the other half was going to cost us power lines and our fence as soon as we had our next storm. After the most recent storms, we found ourselves without electric, a damaged roof and deck, and a tree, that caused all three. Kentucky Tree Service came out and removed the tree as an emergency, in our time of real need, even though we were new customers. They were very efficient and friendly. had a great experience with Kevin and his crew! had a large branch fall on my mother's house after the storm over memorial day weekend and had a hard time getting anybody to pick up their phone to help us. Kevin and his team worked tirelessly to take down our large silver maple tree. They all worked together to take the tree down while protecting the power lines and other existing trees from damage. On Monday, we had our approximately 20 trees trimmed by this company, owner Kevin Burdine, and were very happy with the results. The trees even looked like they felt better! Initially, I gave this company a good review, but I should have waited. I paid before I got an invoice or receipt. I have asked for a receipt for my records more than once, and I have not gotten a response. I must take responsibility for not getting invoice before paying. Be careful. read more

Kevin and crew did a great job. I had a pine tree that had grown very close to electric line and they did a great job taking it down with out incident. Cleaned up the whole area and left it cleaner than it was when they got there. I would recommend them anytime. read more
