Since he started there he was given false naritives of his pay and him being a crew leader and made him a driver with out the driver pay. He pretty much drove the Forman around and did the forming job with out the pay. Also since working there my fiance has been called a Ni$$er and when he asked if the crew workers could stop calling him that and using that word around him they conti used to do so. Even after my fiance spoke to his bosses Robby and Steve about it. Thus is made it a hostile work environment for my fiance who shows up to work and does his job. There has been an instance the same Forman he drove around jumped in my fiance face at a job site trying to provoke him to knocking him out. Which my fiance should not have to worry about being at work and because someone can't get their drug fix wants to cause issues. Also the company allows people who smoke meth, Crack and other drugs to work for them and do these drugs on company time while driving company vehicles and also smoking their drugs in customers properties and or leaving to go and get high while leaving my fiance to do all of the work load alone. When my fiance had a death in the family he was mocked and talked about by the owners and employees when he over heard it and said something that is when everyone wanted to say he's not a good person to work with so they put him with other workers who don't do anything but get high all day long. My fiance checks also have not been accurate since he started and each time was given an excuse until he threated a lawsuit if his pay was not looked at correctly and was told there are days he worked where he was not accounted for when I'm the person who dropped him off at work each time they claimed he was not there. If you end up working late when everyone in the office leaves you get time knocked off your check because before the person who writes your times leave they clock you out while your still on a job site. I would not recommend working for this company at all. They don't care about the work environment for employees, they allow racism with out correction prorely instead will stick you with other people thinking it fixes the issue. The pay for all the work that is intelled is barely anything. They gas you up telling you that your going to move up in the company and never see it put into action and when you bring it up they brush it off or act like they don't recall saying these things to you. Also the owners son has issues with making people feel uncomfortable by constantly staring at you or following you around.

He Did not complete a drainage job correctly and left the biggest problematic area in my yard untouched even after raising concerned over it He tried to minimize my concern. He was not on the job while his crew began to work and once we realized some things were not going as planned and his crew seemed clueless, he then showed up acting extremely unhinged. He tried over talking, hollering, and arguing with what he originally wrote up in a plan for the yard but tried to make seem like we were in the wrong for addressing the inconsistencies. He then left, and returned at a later time after his crew was left again to finish the job. Once he returned for the final time his behavior then was what really showed his true colors. He started screaming at his crew and yelling very rude profanities, and cursing them in such degrading ways that was so unnecessary. He didn't try to have a private conversation, instead he wanted to humiliate, downgrade, and make his crew look and feel so much less than him. The whole neighborhood could hear his trashy mouth, and the disgusting behavior that he had the audacity to show on my property. I can only imagine how he treats them or anyone close to him behind closed doors if this is how he treats his crew publicly. He is a disgrace, and should be ashamed!!!! The job was still not completed correctly, bc they didn't dig the drainage hole deep enough so it's washing out. They didn't cover the rocks used with enough dirt, so the grass has a hard time growing back. And still the side of the yard that needed attention was left untouched and now we have to spend more money fixing the area he CHOSE to ignore... Over all he is downright despicable human, and to think this guy thinks he is a "drainage king" is comical. He doesn't know anything about true drainage systems, because if he did he would of done the job correctly the first time which is what we paid him to do and not ignore the worst part of my yard. For the owner- Josh, you're a fake, a liar, and seriously one of the most pathetic people I have ever encountered, you're not any kind of business man that I would ever recommend to anyone!!!! DO BETTER!!!
