One of the crew who was labeled the head guy, he showed up with an active pink eye infection. Bloodshot eye, yellow pus coming out of both eyes. By the time I saw the condition he was in, it was too late, they were already in the thick of loading our tractor trailer. The crew reassured me that they had experience loading this kind of container. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and provided all necessary materials to wrap all of our requested items that needed protection for the move. I have witnesses who can attest to the fact that I provided the necessary materials. Several and I mean several of our items were damaged. Items that were not wrapped as requested, but instead they were loaded "naked" into a dirty container. When I brought my concerns and evidence to the owners, I was met with a run around. I requested a partial refund. I was ultimately denied any refund via text messages by what can only be described as canned AI slop that they send to anyone with a complaint. I have called and reach a voicemail. I have been offered zero compensation. I have hundreds of dollars of damage to my furniture. One piece of furniture was brand new and now it is destroyed. This company is a scam and they do not vet their employees. I paid them nearly $1,000. I received terrible service, ended up with hundreds of dollars of damage, and I received not so much as an apology from the owners.

The movers called before coming and arrived on time. Ray and Anthony were great. They worked together well, were very efficient and had us ready to drive away in about 90 minutes. Was given quote for 4 guys, only had 3 show which took 2 hours longer than 6 hours quoted but was also charged for an extra 3rd hour, which they took an hour lunch. They took huge chunks out of the Sheetrock in the walls & scratched up several pieces of furniture that were in perfect condition before. Drug furniture across wood floors. Our platform beds were not properly reassembled and all bolts were not put back in. Ended up costing almost $1000 more than quote. Plus they added a $300 truck fee which was never discussed or in the initial quote. I paid it with the chaos of moving. Addressed everything with owner next day, sending pictures of damaged walls etc. never heard back from them again! I wasn't asking for them to pay for any repairs or anything but an apology would have been nice. I wouldn't recommend if you value your property.
