A friend asked if we had a someone lined up to do the repairs & I said no. He said I have someone for you. I spoke with Kacey & she said I have people ready to go to your house are you ready. She was at my house in no time. Assessed the damages & I mean they hit it out of the park. Everyone has been so kind & understanding. If there was something that we needed or needed to be fixed they took care of it. They are very accommodating. They have went above & beyond. From Kacey who is the owner to Benton, CJ & Corky they have been lifesavers. We had never been through this type of home damages & repairs before & Bross definitely ease the stress of the repairs. We were briefed & warned about repairs in different parts of the house. I most definitely would recommend them & would use them again. CJ even went with me to pick out flooring & he was very helpful with that & to picking out paint colors. He explained a lot of things to me & how things were done. Having damages to your home really sucks but Bross Restoration definitely made the process easier & less stressful.

The Installation people were what made this experience horrible. I had to constantly call them to try and schedule (which took weeks, I had to call the customer service rep multiple times to get them to help only for it eventually lead to my request being handed to the owner to finally get it scheduled), once I finally got it scheduled they cancelled on me multiple times due to other projects taking longer than expected. I never got a call back to reschedule and AGAIN had to leave multiple voice messages to get them to finish what they started, finally someone from installation showed up only to as me "Whats wrong with it?", Me: "Theres no trim on it..." Installer: "oh... I think they sent me to the wrong house, yeah I dont have the stuff for this..." SO. FRIKKING. FRUSTRATING. They apologized of course, but I am done with them. Halpin's was great up until you deal with the Installation part, and they do a great job when they do finally show up, but the amount of stress just wasn't worth it when I can easily go somewhere else for just as good results.
