If you're dealing with an insurance company and ANY mitigation work, make sure to talk to your insurance company before Paul Davis does. Insurance sent Paul Davis over $9500 of my personal property money and is wanting to keep it, leaving me to deal with the aftermath. The owner, who initially appeared friendly, has now turned into a menace. This review reveals that she or he as it turns out (because I talked to the owner on the phone and she was 71 years old and I'm confused because she turned into a man according to the response of my review! has become a man, but don't let her deception fool you. This company in Baton Rouge is a disgrace and a complete rip-off. I would never recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy! They lie, steal, and have even taken items from customers-ME, and the owner is fully aware of this as SHE stated to me that they had a distinct conversation the morning of this situation regarding electronic items being taken from houses, as it seemed to be a common occurrence and concern for the owner.... remember the conversation now, owner?! They are homophobic and discriminatory towards their clients. I don't understand how they continue to operate with such practices, but unfortunately, they do. If the owner really wants to argue about my homosexuality and what happened that day, then I will see you in court because I don't have time to make up stories-essentially my sexuality! The owner can claim that they had no issues with my homosexuality, my partner, or our lifestyle, even though we had a week-long conversation about it. PEOPLE ARE PROBABLY WONDERING WHAT DOES BEING GAY HAVE TO DO WITH MY REVIEW....CALL THE "OWNER!" However, this conversation can be easily proven, and I reached out to you today to discuss it further, sir or ma'am. I tried calling you and left messages with your secretary, but you've seem to refused to return my call?! I detest horrible customer service, and many people in the area share my sentiments! P.S. It reflects poorly on you and your business.

    A mold issue was seen in my mother-in-laws guest bathroom. I called an old friend Craig Johnson…read moreand he had someone respond immediately. I was bracing myself for a major mold issue /expense and was so relieved to learn that the inspection was completed and mold removed for a reasonable cost. Additionally, I had a last minute conflict come up and we handled everything electronically! Thank you Craig Johnson and John Normand for your quick response and professionalism.
