I was just driving on Burbank & a company vehicle was stopped next to me at a red light. They were staring at me, laughing at me, & mocking me when I was not doing anything. The light turned green and they were still staring at me while the cars in front of them had already driven off & they were still stopped just looking at me for no reason. In conclusion, the workers are perverted and look at young girls while driving around in company cars. Made me so uncomfortable. I would literally never use this place and let them into my house after that experience. After reading the reviews, maybe they should actually make their workers WORK rather than drive around town making others feel uncomfortable in company vehicles. read more

Do not use this service! The struggle I am going through still. It has been about 4 weeks and I am still cleaning soot off my walls and contents. They never cleaned the HVAC system. I had to hire another company to clean the HVAC after Guarantee said they were able to do this up front before any cleaning begin. They never told me that they didn't clean it either. They pretended it was all good. I turned on my unit and soot was everywhere again. I could go on and on. Please find some one else to restore your home please!!! I really rate this company a zero but had to hit at least 1 star in order to post this! read more

Do not hire this company. I hired then to fix my house and it turned into eleven months of one problem after another. In the end I had to hire someone else to finish my house because guarantee couldn't get the job done. Also, everything that guarantee did do was done poorly or completely wrong. I had to hire people to fix all the mistakes they made! They broke more than they fixed in my house! Dealing with these people is a terrible hassle. I purchased three cleaning sessions for a Christmas gift. The first was to be a deep cleaning by two ladies. The other two were standard cleaning sessions. The ladies came the first time, one left after a phone call and the other left shortly thereafter. The den had NOT been cleaned. The second session was a month later. The third session was scheduled then CANCELLED the day before saying all the money had been spent! He got a call to say he would have to pay if they cleaned. This is a RIP OFF.
