Positive experiences: I have been treated with politeness and patience each time I've called in or emailed the assistant community manager. Setting up an account and payment information is complex, but they have helped with every step. Negative experiences: My car was involved in a hit and run in the parking garage that Henderson theoretically should maintain and manage. Henderson contracts the management of the parking garage to another company. There are no cameras, which makes me feel really unsafe. The employees that I have spoken with have been nice, but that does not change that I have sustained thousands of dollars in damage to my vehicle in their building. The community manager came off unsympathetic and responded with an "I certainly understand that this incident is troublesome". Troublesome? I could have been seriously injured in the incident and now cannot even park in my own condo's facilities without feeling worried about being mugged or followed or hit again. The same week, the ceiling in a shared hallway between condo units leaked so badly, we had to contact emergency maintenance. Going through Henderson's Emergency maintenance line was a nightmare, myself and another resident were sent to voicemail and never got a callback. We had to contact a member of our HOA board to get help. Emergency maintenance didn't show up until 3-4 hours after we first frantically contacted the service, during which time the leak grew and got so much worse.

I do not recommend Henderson Properties based on my experience with communication and handling of…read morerepairs. Flooring repairs were started at my rental, but the work was left incomplete after demolition. The kitchen sink, cabinets, and dishwasher were removed and portions of the flooring were taken down to the subfloor. The home was left in a partially unusable condition for over a month. Despite multiple phone calls and written requests, I still have not received any response from the property manager. Work is now being scheduled, but only after continued follow‑up, and there has still been little to no direct communication or accountability from management. If repairs are required, be prepared to advocate for yourself and document everything. Communication should not be this difficult when a rental is left without essential living facilities.

I had been putting off looking because I was scared and un-education on the process. UN-EDUCATION!!! Not LeKisha her team. Very knowledgeable about the market and compassionate on point. Treated me like family the entire process. We had a long process but from day one she knew it can happen and it did. It was only a 90 day process. She also has a lot of resources which you need in this game. LeKisha spend the time looking and working out deals for it to work. On Aug 31 I was able to move into my first home and it felt good. Thank you

As a Real Estate investor, I am deeply concerned about how my investment is handled. Steve was referred to me from a fellow investor. He found a good tenant quickly and although there were some typical issues dealing with the tenant, things went smoothly. I ended up selling the property, but if I were to buy another investment property, I would certainly use them again.

RENTER BEWARE! My…read morefamily and I have rented from Jamison Property Management for 3 years. It is impossible to quickly explain our experience. For the entire duration of our rental, Jamison has been extremely unprofessional, and disrespectful. This is the only reason we moved out as this would no longer be tolerated. As a result you lost perfect renters, and the property is still unoccupied. Most of these reviews are positive, and comforting. However; they are mostly from home owners. While I understand not all experiences are the same. Home owners I urge you to reach out to ensure your renters experience has been nothing like ours. Just because we are renters does not mean we are poor, uneducated, and are not respectable individuals. If I pay my rent on time in full every month, and care for the property as if it were my own. I expect to be treated accordingly. We are home owners in the state of Nebraska, and are currently using a property management company too. On average management companies receive 10-14% to manage the property. If you were managing my property and I discovered how you were treating my good renters, I would submit my notice to you immediately. My intentions of this review is make homeowners as well as renters aware! Rest assured I will be submitting as many reviews as possible! To refrain from a 4pg review if anyone would like the details, and proof of my allegations feel free to email or message me.

I was suppose to be out of the unit on Dec 31. Prior to this day I informed Chris Cabaniss that I was unable to leave and needed a little extra time. I actually didn't owe the company any fees. On January 1 st new years day I get a knock on the door about 10 am and it's Chris Cabaniss and one of his workers. He told me he was checking to see if I was still in the unit. He proceeds to come in and told me that I was trespassing. He told me if I didn't leave in the next 48 hours he was bringing the sheriff. On Jan 2nd the same worker who was there with Chris on New year's came back to see if I had vacated. My son was home and said the worker came in touched things and walked around. On Jan 3rd Chris shows back up proceeds to come in the unit again sit on my couch and cross his leg. After I started recording him and told him I was calling the police he left.
