Orthopedic Sports Therapy (OST) has been my "go-to" place for physical therapy since before 2019…read more Things I love about OST: One-on-one half-hour work with a highly trained physical therapist; therapists are supportive, kind (when I admit I haven't done my homework!), and each has a good sense of humor; and the helpful exercise videos emailed to me to supplement my in-clinic work. Additionally, a thorough one-hour evaluation is done before therapy begins, and the office staff is a delight to work with. Most recently, I worked with Barb at the Ahwatukee location for pelvic floor and leg muscle strengthening after undergoing cancer treatment. The pelvic floor issues have resolved, and I continue on my own with strengthening leg muscles. Orthopedic Sports Therapy is definitely a place to go for orthopedic therapy, and there are three convenient locations to choose from. https://orthopedicsportstherapy.com
