Moves is fantastic! My Child has been going to both the North Aurora location and Wheaton location. Awesome teachers at both locations.

5 Stars - Tease Dance & Fitness is a Jewel in Aurora/Naperville!…read more If you're in Aurora, IL or Naperville, IL and looking for a place that blends strength, empowerment, and stunning artistry--look no further than Tease Dance & Fitness. I've had the pleasure of working closely with this powerhouse of a studio, and I can confidently say: these are not only fantastic people, but even better performers and teachers. From the second you step into the studio, you feel it--the warmth, the joy, the unapologetic confidence that this community radiates. Tease isn't just a fitness studio, it's a safe haven where LGBTQ+ individuals, people of all body types, and dancers of every skill level are not just welcomed, but celebrated. Their message is clear: Everyone deserves to feel powerful in their body. Their instructors are simply top-tier. Whether it's burlesque, pole, chair, flexibility, or heels--you're learning from seasoned professionals who are at the top of their game. But what truly sets them apart is their ability to uplift others. They don't just teach movement--they help you reclaim your confidence and own your story through dance. Their commitment to community goes beyond the studio walls. You'll often find Tease performers lighting up the stage at The Bit Theater, just a few doors down in the same Aurora complex. The Bit is known for being a diverse, inclusive comedy and performance venue, and the partnership between the two is a beautiful reflection of shared values: accessibility, authenticity, and a fierce celebration of individuality. I've watched Tease's performers bring down the house with jaw-dropping routines that mix precision with pure personality--and I've seen their teachers guide beginners with patience, humor, and genuine care. That kind of balance is rare, and it's why so many people--from across Aurora and Naperville--flock here not just to train, but to belong. If you're searching for a studio that is inclusive, empowering, LGBTQ+ friendly, and deeply rooted in the Naperville/Aurora performing arts scene, Tease Dance & Fitness is it. Whether you're learning to walk in heels or preparing for the stage, this studio meets you where you are--and then helps you soar. Tease is more than a dance and fitness studio--it's a movement, a family, and a fierce force for good. Highly, highly recommended.

I am a charter member at the Vaughan Fitness Center and we have the Family All inclusive membership…read morewhich is great for us and the kids. Kids 14+ are able to use the cardio and fitness machines (under a certain age they need to be with an adult) and they do offer many classes that are available for adults (step, spin, kickboxing, piloxing, yoga, pilates, zumba) with what seems to be more being added for kids ( I hope they add more for kids!) They have quite a bit of cardio equipment and machine weights, could use more free weights for those who are serious lifters. They offer personal trainers though I don't know what certifications they hold. Like the other person posted, the down fall is the hours. They just changed the hours so that they close at 5pm on Sundays (BOO!!!) and they are open only till 7pm on Saturdays, while they open at 5am, I really wish they would open maybe at 4am. The kids daycare area is nice and kept clean, the pools are nice though because they are park district sometimes they have to close down the lap lanes and therapy pool for classes. The tracks are nicely kept (upstairs track you need to be 14+ to use) and the field house is large and is home to many community sports but there are some open gym times. It offers a good value so long as you don't mind the limited hours. That would be the ONE thing I would change..open a little earlier and stay open later on the weekends.
