They also failed to use cones or a traffic barricade to block off the street which would have prevented a massive line up of traffic. Contacted the help-line 4 separate times to get an ETA (waiting at least 30mins between each call to be courteous) and ultimately waited more than an hour past my second appointment window. Called and spoke directly with the manager whom was supposed to contact the employees in the field. Manager had not contacted the employees and had no information on their expected arrival and suggested I reschedule once again. This was not possible because I had to be out of the apartment fully on that day, so myself and family ended up disposing of the items ourselves. The manager did offer a discount, and I do not hold them personally responsible, but overall very unsatisfactory service. I would not recommend you use college hunks of Levittown if you are reliant upon them arriving as scheduled for whatever services you need; it's possible (if not likely) they will leave you high and dry as they did with me. And yes, I know for certain this is the correct service location, as I confirmed it with the manager directly over the phone.

I had showed them all the pictures of my stuff that needs to be moved and I also told them the number of stair steps I have, everything was communicated to them clear and in details. They gave me a quote but the quote means nothing to them. In the end I had to pay for added time, added materials for wrapping and added fee for bulk item. The amount I need to pay is not even near the estimation, it is way way way more than the estimation. What's the point for estimation anyway. Just to lure the customer to their payment trap? I had to pay $5300 in the end, 65% more than the estimation. So if you are considering this mover, I warn you that you need to add 65% more on their estimation before signing the contract. The communication prior to the move from Joe was proactive and clear so I knew exactly what to expect. Jose and his team arrived on time and I loved the text message telling me when they were en route. They packed up my apartment so quickly and they were also careful, making sure to pack everything well. Even with stairs, they unpacked at my new location very fast and even made sure we were happy with where everything was placed. Jose was easy to talk to and very professional about making sure we had a good experience. The team also worked quickly and finished the job in under the 6 hours quoted. So appreciative of Jose and his team and the whole experience with Vector. Hopefully our next move is many years away but we would definitely go with Vector again!

Edit: There was in-fact a link in the email with my reference number, but it was so hidden that I had to look at the email 5 times. I would also look into the website design so that it does not confuse future customers by asking for nonexistant log-ins.
